Not the result I was hoping for. Really wanted to see Southern Miss get a title shot, but alas probably the more realistic scenario. It has been pretty amazing to watch Alabama continue as the juggernaut and secretly I may be cheering for Deuce Monroe to win a second. Can't help but love that guy in a way.

As much as I hate to see Deuce continue to get the last laugh after abruptly leaving us to join our rivals, I must admit it is kind of fun to have Alabama as the king of college football, mirroring real life. This development feels very realistic in that they've kind of taken over and have basically relegated even my own team to being have-nots.

They're not going away any time soon either, so we have our work cut out for us to get back to their level. They're what we wish to become again some day.

Penn State should be a good opponent. They give you a chance to end the season on a high note for sure, its a chance to prove you deserve some respect at the top.

Man, that game against TCU. Rough. Love the adversity though.

Re: Coach Geezy in the Big Easy: Our City, Our Team | Part II - The Golden Age of Tul

I know that wasn't the Bowl result you were hoping to draw but I am actually very excited to see your rematch with Penn State. I hope the Wave can avenge that disaster in 2022. That one still stings to this day. Slowing down the run and controlling the trenches I feel is going to be the key.

Some very intriguing bowl matchups. I actually think the Southern Miss, Florida State game will be the storyline of the post season especially with your your former defensive coordinator Kelly matchup against your arch rival on your homefield. Storylines abound...

I think Alabama is primed to repeat, I just don't see the Yellow Jackets slowing them down.

Looking forward to Bowl season! Let's end this thing on a high note and gain some momentum!
