I hope they fixed the "snap" throws from the catcher position. I hate not being able to pick someone off first.

Quite possible you will get your wish, with them creating all new catcher animations its possible the pick off move to first will be included.

Well, they would have had to account for that with the baserunning animations/system. If the throw from catcher is quicker they need to account for that to keep you from picking off runners easily. I hope they did find a way to solve this as even if its a rare occurance it feels so futile to attempt it in MLB 13.

i play on broadcast everything to emulate TV, so I'm hoping for the following:
1. to be able to completely turn off the base runners' diamond (i play using auto base running)
2. to be able to turn off the icon indicating who has the ball (i play using auto fielding as a workaround)
...very excited about the updated crowd graphics...i pitch and hit from behind the pitcher view

i was experimenting with the zoomed in batter views (e.g. catcher views), didn't end up liking it so went back to a custom BTP view...but did notice that for users who like the zoomed in views, it probably would be nice to be able to have the scorebug on the opposite side for lthe right handed batters...it was a bit in the way.

Do you guys think SCEA will have a PS3 to PS4 upgrade deal of some sort? I want to purchase the PS3 version but the PS4 version is my first priority, and I'm not paying $60 twice...

GAH ! I don't think that there is anywhere here in St. Pete that rents games anymore! The only Blockbuster within 35 miles of here stopped doing that long ago. If I can get it for $20, Ill buy used I guess.

Gotta ask How'd you become a Rockies supporter? I'm a Rockies supporter as well but Everton is my football team. I do like Hull City and Oldham as well.

I'm thinking about buying Leeds. Why not? Everyone else is trying to, right?

I became a Rockies fan purely because I already supported the Avalanche and thought it was a logical place to start when I started with baseball in 2007.

I like the Phillies because they have a few of my favourite players (Utley, Victorino), but as I'm a big Avs fan there was no other real choice.

I've always had a bit of a soft spot for Hull City (and Brett Hull) so I hope they stay up

This has always been a pet peeve of mine and I have had conversations about it. It basically comes down to syncing the throw with the first baseman getting back to the bag. That is why sometimes you would get that rainbow throw to first. I am not sure if it will ever be perfect. I often wondered if it was inputted as a command like we do a pitch out if it would be executed quicker if the AI knew it was potentially coming.

Does anyone know how exactly the new dynamic camera works? I'm hoping it follows the flight of the ball! Like they do on tv.

For what I've seen in the ps3 videos I believe it does follow the flight of the ball, but it also could of been the rtts camera.

That would be so cool! There's just something about getting to see your ball settle into the upper deck. That's why All-star baseball was my favorite until the show, little things like that.

Unfortunatly, I doubt it. I think that was being done just for the launch games.

There's ALWAYS a chance, but I'd say slim to none unfortunately.
