I could see the Red Sox and Yankees in play as well. I know not to demand too much in return since the contract is so pricy. I've done Urias and Pederson for Hamels before and many said that was fair (including yourself). I guess that's the kind of value I'd be looking for.
What are you looking to do? This started with who would TEX give for Hamels. Are you looking to get TEX pitching help or to trade Hamels? If so, do you want a next year replacement for Rollins or prospects or both?

I guess I'm just exploring the deals I could make for Hamles. I've done Hamels to LAD a lot in the past so I was trying to mix it up. I'm at the start of 2015 and he's coming off a really good season (2.42 ERA, 200+ Ks) on a bad team. I would kind of want to send him to the Cubs because they didn't sign a big name pitcher in Free Agency unfortunately and they need pitching to go with their position prospects.

That said though I'm just looking over my options. So I'm trying to come up with packages from various teams.

Gotcha. Shop around and put together a few packages. PHI has so many holes, I wouldn't know where to start with what you would want it return. Each team you look at should be able to put together a package with MLB talent and a package of prospects, we can help you sort through them.

I think he would be a good fit in SEA but wouldn't be shocked in he ended up in SF eventually.

Here's the backstory. I'm the pirates, I'm in the race for the central and wild card. It's almost July 31st. I have interest in Michael Pineda, he's not pitching that great but I see him as a good future #3 for me. Yankees are way out of it and are "rebuilding" I know it's not likely for them to trade a young pitcher.

What would it realistically take for me to get him from the Yankees or don't try?

Will do, I think I'll wait until July and put packages together based off of contending teams and then post here for feedback. At this time it seems easier to narrow down the teams that way.

I was wondering if in 2015 Steve Cishek for Starlin Castro is fair?
Cishek is an A potential 87 OVR and Castro is 84 OVR B Potential.

I don't think the Cubs would ever give up Castro for Cishek straight up.

Co-signed. Cishek + Heaney is getting closer to a deal value wise but I only see Castro being dealt for an established SP

I'd like to not part with Taillon, Polanco, and Glasnow.

Say I offered, Josh Bell and Luis Heredia. How far off am I?

I probably wouldn't trade Bell for Pineda but I don't think the Yankees could take less than that for Pineda. The chances he succeeds are just so low with the injuries but the Yankees need him to pretty badly.

What's the chance Avasil Garcia is available from the white sox? Was thinking of making a move for him in my jays chose. I am also looking at Vicideo
