What kind of value does Rick Porcello have? He had a good 2014 season for me (don't remember the stats but was considered for the ASG) but he lacked consistency. I'm looking at Todd Frazier who had a decent 2014 and fills a need since Castellanos is hitting under the Mendoza line.

I also want to see what I can get in return for him because I hear his name in Tigers trade rumors

I think it's pretty fair given both teams are dealing from areas of depth. You're dealing with Latos going to the AL for the first time and Cespedes should be able to get to 25-30 HR in that band box in Cincinnati. Toss in a high C/low B (JBJ, Workman etc..) and take back a RP/UTIL and I think you've got something.

Porcello is decent but Frazier is an All Star. No way Jose. You're probably better off trying for Will Middlebrooks/Luis Valbuena/David Freese/Chris Johnson type guys and keeping Porcello.

No Beckham. Rosters are very current, going through the offseason right now. I do have guys like Leury Garcia, Semien, CSanchez, and Micah Johnson. I am not really familiar with the Jays and how they value or use those guys. Leury Garcia can play 2B and LF. He is a Low B on the spreadsheet, Valencia and Stilson are both Low C rated. Maybe that will work?

That's fine. Leury Garcia can play 2B and give them some insurance in LF if Melky Cabrera doesn't re-sign. Given the choice, they'd probably want Garcia or Micah Johnson out of that group.

The Cards could have signed Markakis with no loss of a draft pick and he has better career stats they Heyward. Mozeliak panicked and it resulted in a poor trade.

I am just starting my 2014 Braves franchise using rosters as of 9.29.14. I have already traded Heyward for Miller and Jenkins but I have a couple deals I need some feedback on.

                1. Texas receives Ervin Santana, Evan Gattis, BJ Upton for Leonys Martin, Joey Gallo and Michael Choice.

                2. Boston receives Chris Johnson, Gavin Floyd, Jordan Walden, JR Graham for Yoenis Cespedes and Brock holt.

I feel like trade one is pretty fair maybe take Choice out to account for BJ but number two I am completely unsure of.

Well the first trade is a no go. Because the Rangers will not trade their best prospect and probably next franchise player along side Darvish in Gallo for a package involving BJ Upton, maybe Justin Upton. Also Gatto is a top 10 prospect in baseball. It would have to be Justin not BJ if you want Gatto. I would recommend switching out Gallo for Demeritte. He is a top 10 second base prospect and also has 3rd listed as his position. courtesy of mlb.com

The Red Sox trade is iffy. Because Johnson is horrendously overpaid, Floyd would be a reclamation project. I like Walden, he could take over the closer role should Koji be gone, or that could be Graham because of his injury history and his stuff would be good for that role.

If you are keeping it accurate for the Heyward trade, Walden went with Heyward to STL

Neither of these are fair. You are nickel and diming the cpu here, while getting rid of useless players like BJ Upton and Gavin Floyd.

Is a Henry Owens (91 POT) or E-Rod (90 POT), plus Deven Marrero(87 POT), Matt Barnes (88 POT), and Cecchini (85 POT) deal work for Hamels and Bastardo seem fair and realistic? Do I need to add more? Just bracing for Lester not reurning to Boston.

Im playing with the mets and theyve had a horrible start 3-7 and cant seem to get anyone to start hitting . Im one of those fans that wish the mets kept Jose Reyes . What could be a good package for Jose reyes whos hitting .300 with the Jays .

Also i like BJ Upton off the bench or in RF when Cuddy is playin 1st base against lefties . What would i give up? i do follow all the real life trades so all teams are up to date with real life but i just want to make these 2 trades

Reyes is not going to happen, plain and simple. They are going all in like when they brought in Reyes. So unless they are like the Red Sox were last season, sitting in last place 15-20 games back in the division, and 7-10 for the 2nd WC, then Reyes will not be moved.

As for Upton, I would say that is definitely plausible. I would think maybe Gabriel Ynoa or Dilson Herrera.
