You've got a decent one on your roster already in Schoop. I'd develop him.

Kipnis isn't going anywhere and like someone stated, I'd focus on developing Schoop...but if u must go outside the organization, Brandon Phillips, Dan Uggla, Rickie Weeks, Daniel Murphy, Danny Espinosa

Well, im from the Netherlands so i should be rooting for Schoop, but i dont like him.

What are nice packages for Philips, Murphy and Espinosa. I like Espinosa because hes a switch hitter. Philips contract would be a killer. And i think Weeks has regressed to much to be really different than Casilla, but with more power.

Maybe a guy like Lawrie? I know its not realistic to trade within the division but with the Jays out of it would they consider trading him?

depends how bad they'd wanna get out from under BP's contract

They're going to have to, cause nobody's paying that much.

problem is, outside of those 3, who would really entice Cincy?..Eduardo Rodriguez?

So what would be a good package for BP? With the show not able to grab some cash from a contract.

                        Sorry for the double post.

Would the Braves be willing to deal Justin Upton if he was struggling?

And also still interested in Castellanos, though that didn't get a lot of responses.

I dont think the tigers will trade Castellanos just yet. Hes still their 3d bagger for the future.

For J-Up, i think you still need to give up alot even if hes struggling. Hes still young and still has a lot of upside

Agreed with Alfonsori, Tigers probably won't be looking to deal Nick any time soon unless they nab a good 3B (Headley or Panda).

Then with J-Up, i'm not sure if they would or not either but i think Heyward is actually more realistic. They decided on a two year deal instead of a lengthy extension like Freeman got and he hasn't lived up to the hype nearly as much as they hoped...i think he could benefit well with a change of scenery. But if you are looking for a strong right handed bat ignore that pitch haha

Not looking for anything in particular, just exploring options. I love Heyward. What kind of pieces do you think it takes from the Jays? Willing to deal... everyone, lol. Except Lawrie. And I'd /prefer/ to keep Stroman and Hutch.

Include Melky or Rasmus. Im not familiar with the jays farm. So for prospects im not your man. On the other hand, I think a package of Joey Bats, Navarro and an A infield/outfield prospect could net you Heyward, Gattis and a guy like Santana, Floyd or Beachy. But im not sure on that
