Would you guys recommend timing or zone hitting? I'm used to timing, but I tried zone out and I like how you can affect where the ball goes.

I love zone. I'd say try it out for a while until you get used to it & you'll love it

With dynamic hitting difficulty, how do you know what difficulty its currently on?

It will tell you at the top of the screen during games.

I know these questions are annoying because I'll know the answer to them myself in a few hours, but I'm stuck at work so humor me...

If I'm the commish of a small 8-10 player online franchise can I set it up to where I can view the CPU vs. CPU trades and veto them if I see fit?

I haven't read ahead in this thread Jeremey, so I apologize if this question had been answeree, but I know nothing about online Franchise.

All I can say is that I still do currently find the trade logic just barely unrealistic enough that I feel it's warranted to have veto power where possible.

That said, the sim engine is the best it's ever been. Most moves make perfect sense. If the logic in online play is close to what I've seen offline (I've heard it's better actually) than you shouldn't feel compelled to do much. Some? Probably. But a ton??? I doubt it.

I created a player in RTTS. Can I import that player to the official rosters, or do I have to make a new one?

I was playing my first game and each time I tried to double switch it wouldn't let me select a position player from the bench and instead put the old replaced pitcher at the position. I had to manually put the position player in place of the pitcher who was at 3B. For example I brought in Pedro Strop to replace Veras and it asked which position I want to switch Veras to in the double switch.

I tried another game and it was back to normal! Anyone else have this happen?

I thought it was a bug too but a developer commented:

"Once creating a custom camera view for pitching or hitting, save the settings when exiting the camera editor. Once you're back on the frontend, enter gameplay options and be sure to set the new custom camera as your default setting. Save the setting and this will place the new camera view into gameplay. Hope this helps."

Just want to say, I've tried this on two separate occasions to no avail. I still lose my cams when I fire the game back up.

Hello Guys!

I have a question about dynamic difficulty: I would like to know, if dynamic difficulty also tweaks sliders or not... I mean, I always needed to tweak the sliders, because I felt, that the CPU throws too many strikes and I could not draw enough walks and could not build up the pitch count. (strike frequency slider)

So, if I play on DD and find my level after playing games, will the CPU throw enough balls to draw walks, or I also have to tweak the slider to achieve that.

My take% is about or above 50%, so I know how to be patiente

When did that get rid of the financial aspect of franchise mode like ticket prices, field upgrades, buying planes and buses, and advertising ? I don't see it anywhere.

I believe it was last year. Your budget is determined by performance now. Win games get more money to spend, lose games have less money to spend win goals vary from team to team, based on market I believe.

I'm from Europe, and I would expect it to be up on the Store when they update it today, in the afternoon.

At least, that's what they did on PS3 in april.

Need some help here guys. Please upvote these so that SCEA will take a look at them. They are both critical gameplay bugs and can/will affect the outcome of games because of the nature of the play involved:

I've had situations like these occur 3 times now between PS3 and PS4, and they are all able to be re-created in the community challenges mode (basically, you can create your own scenario). That makes them very serious, but also very patchable IF SCEA is made aware of them.

Please read and upvote, I was very clear about the details of both bugs and even provided video links to examples of each.
