Same here, I do tweak sliders but I stay close to default. The stanima's dont change anything but the amount of pitches thrown. It wont effect gameplay. I had the same problem with pitch count, and found that 3 and 2 (or 3 for relievers) will keep the counts down.

Anyone else seeing an increase of injuries to their player? I have good durability, but I broke my arm on an attempted pick off to 1st. On top of that I keep getting nagging injuries that getting in the way of my progress. Absolutely dumb.

Being a rookie CP in the Majors, that's not in a CP role, is annoying. 41 games into my guys 1st season with the Red Sox, he has 20 GP, leads the MLB with 9 wins and he is tied for 6th on the team in IP with 50.1. He might as well be a SP on the team. 6 out of the 10 leaders in wins are RPs; 1 with 4 wins, 3 with 5 wins, 1 with 7 wins and my guy with 9. I upgraded my stamina a lot so I can last a while in games and the manager takes full advantage of that, I've gone 3+ innings out of the bullpen 10 times.

Ok I am still having problems getting promoted and I am still seeing roster problems in the levels above where I am playing.

For example I am in AA and the teams for AAA and The Majors are all carrying 15+ pitchers and only a back up catcher and whoever the DH is. Is anybody else seeing this or even really care or is it just me.

For me I think it explains why I can't get promoted. Since there are no open slots anywhere and there basically can't be unless somebody gets hurt there is no way to get promoted.

I made a Right Fielder Byron Reed (me) who plays for the New York Mets. I'm in AAA in my first season....I think I would have been called up awhile ago but for some reason the Mets decided to trade away Matt Harvey and another pitcher for Joey Bats...so that's fun haha. I may post my stats later on. But I warn you guys I play RTTS for fun,so my stats are insane haha!!

How can you be leading the league with a .366 BA and be the most voted in player for the All-Star game and then end up batting ninth in the lineup? That's a lot of malarkey.

The game overvalues your rating unfortunately. If you don't have a good overall then your stats don't matter usually, which is unrealistic.

Yeah if you're a 70 OVR but have 25 HRs at the break, you'd probably still bat 9th, lol.

Have you tried going to interactions and asking to be moved up in the lineup? Is this your Cuban CF guy? Maybe they have you batting 9th bc they want you as a second leadoff guy. I have my lineup set up that way in my franchise. I have my 2B or SS leadoff, and my CF batting 9th. It may be just as simple as that is all.

It is. And I don't bat ninth that often. I was just annoyed that I did it in the All-Star game and then for almost two weeks after the All-Star game when I went back to Oakland.

Normally I bat leadoff vs righties and drop to anywhere between 4th and 7th in the lineup vs lefties. Which is also weird considering I built him as a switch hitter with way more power from the left side and more contact from the right.

And I have talked to the manager to be moved up. He just says, "I like how you've been hitting the ball recently. You've earned a move up to the top half of the order." Then nothing changes. Oh well.

Is there some sort of crowd attendance bug in RTTs? 2022 I'm on the Mets 40 games over .500 in September nobody at the ballpark. Seems like they go off of like 2014 attendance or something and not the current season you are playing

Does anyone have any advice on how to draw walks? My BA is very high but my OBP is only a couple of points higher than the BA. I'm starting to be more patient at the plate but even if I get to a 3-2 count I'm forced to put the ball in play unless it's an obvious ball. Somehow I can foul away balls close to the plate when I'm in an 0-2 count and work my way up to 3-2 and then I can't foul away the ball anymore. I don't get it. Fortunately I get a lot of XBH in those situations but I just want to draw some walks for a change.


In my 2015 season with the Cardinals I had 500+ ABs and I drew no more than 15 walks, 20 tops.
