    1. Team re-branding
    2. Ability to turn off retired numbers
    3. Generic old school stadiums or ability to create your own stadium

All would be great for those of us who only play with classic rosters

Re: Thoughts for MLB 16 the Show (offline)

      1) Custom schedules. Gets a little tiring playing the same teams over and over. Would love, in the offseason, to create your schedule for the following year (have criteria that teams must meet but other than that it's an open book). Even so far as to selecting the start times (within reason, of course. Also note that if you have day games during the week, it can affect your attendance...especially early or late in the season)

      2) Set up uniforms. Allow us to set up what uniforms are used. For instance, in my Cardinals franchise, I am using the powder blue uniforms, white pants with the alternate Sunday cap (bird on bat) as my standard Sunday home uniform. Instead of me having to do this every time...in the offseason, allow us to set up the uniform options and select when they will be used. Even so far as to have us be able to select "turnback the clock" games where the old school uniforms can be used.

      3) Stats. Have the players "card" show what teams he played for in the past and his stats. The current just shows his stats but doesn't tell us what team he played for.

      4) As others have mentioned...some sort of ceremony on your home opener to commemorate you winning a division or title. Would also love to see the accurate home opener ceremonies for each team (Orioles run down the orange carpet...Cardinals have the red Chevy trucks with the players and coaches riding around the warning track and the Clydesdale horses with the wagon.

      5) After a player retires, put them in the "coaches" data base so they can be hired in some aspect.

      6) Not sure if possible, but maybe expand minor leagues to cover all of Class A (but not have Class A be playable but used for rosters...maybe also expand roster capacity)

I'm not one to really put much thought into the uniforms or equipment, it doesn't really bug me either. My wishlist is as follows:

        1) Improved stats. I'm a Fangraphs and Baseball Reference junky, so looking at that stuff all day and then going to the Show's stats is a huge step down. So more stat categories and more view-able seasons is a MUST.

        2) Improved manager AI logic. Too many times a Pedro Alvarez type hitter is left in to face a LOOGY, and vice versa. This detracts from a lot of the strategy of of lineup and bench construction.

        3) I like Quick Counts and it's completely changed how I play, but if there were some way to make it so I could make a pitching or batting change before the count generates, that'd be great.

        4) Improved satamina. Some players in MLB play 155+ games/year. That's pretty much impossible in this game.

        5) Smarter regression.

All in all, this is a great game. The camera customizations along with working sliders allow you get get the pitcher-batter battle pretty much perfect. In fact, I'd say the on field play is borderline great! I'd just like more depth in the franchise, stat-wise. I want to be able to pick out a potential ground ball specialist to pick up for my bullpen.

          1. Fix player regression. Older players are regressing too quickly. An idea may be to copy what is done in season mode and have the attribute change take place at the end of the season.

          2. Edit contacts in Franchise mode

          3. Ability to edit coaches just as we are able to edit players.

          4. In depth batter/pitcher statistics. If a batter dominates a particular pitcher or vice versa it would be nice if it was acknowledged in the game.

          5. Continue to improve "suggested trades". To dive in deeper with trades not limiting the trade to 3 players on each side would be nice.

          6. I love Quick Counts! If a more hitter friendly counts could be generated that would be nice.

          7. I don't really care for assigning training assignments in franchise mode.

          8. Keep adding equipment brands! One of my favorite things in MLB 15 the Show.

After playing NBA 2k16, I think relocation/rebrand would be amazing! I know the heads at MLB and the owners are probably a bit less modern. But I'm sure Sony can do some convincing. Lol.

Big one for me would be stats. Most of them are outdated.

even most mainstream baseball sites carry things like WAR, BABIP, FIP etc... which are all just formulas of stats which should be easy to implement id guess.

outfielders need a look as they miss the ball far too many times.

fielding bunts by the AI and user is bad as well.

Thought of another, I'd like more diversity with 2nd positions. Guys should be eligible at other positions after playing so much at one too. But, I should be able to select utility or something instead of just given one option.
Idk I could see the Phillies making that move

Yeah, here are my quick thoughts on Franchise/Gameplay (although MLB 15 fixed a lot of my complaints with regard to Franchise - trade logic is passable, editable contracts, rookie/MILB contracts, etc.)

-FA Logic: For the most part the signings have made more sense, but we still get situations where teams will sign someone just because they have money (I saw the Giants beat me out for M. Wieters,, he had 100 AB's the following season)

-Allow trades of team-controlled players early in the offseason, as it stands now you have to either coax the player into resigning early on, or wait until February and renew everyone then make trades.

-Progression/Regression: Not as worried about older players declining, I'm figuring the dice roll on this works out. However, I'd like performance count a bit more in both directions, to punish the team if you bring players up too soon and the falter.

Maybe keep the expected MLB date with the player's info and have it update each offseason based on potential, performance, etc. and explain the cost ramifications or bringing players up early (maybe a info window that explains the years of team control, etc.)

                  Gameplay:

-Zone plus Analog: Have a way to set the directional hitting prior to the pitch, kinda of like guess pitch. I still love zone plus analog hitting, and like the new system far as not having to time your step.

                  - Fielding, it would be cool to add certain animations that are only available if you have certain fielding/reaction #'s, pretty sure this already exists, just add more.

                  Stadiums:

-My own Braves bias - please add Suncoast Park to be available in the 2nd year of Franchise, I think it would be a cool addition and add to your "little things" litany of additions.

That's all I have, commentary is what it is, if they want to overhaul it, great, if not, it's not going to ruin the game by any stretch.

Didn't really feel like reading or skimming through all the pages but a couple thoughts from myself:

                      1. Bring back the swing stick. This year just didn't do it for me and I found the new way very unenjoyable and I could not get into the game. The swing stick from the past few years made hitting feel more authentic.

                      2. A pet peeve of mine is seeing everyone start sprinting out of the box on drop third strikes. Maybe program it so only guys with a certain (maybe 90 minimum?) speed, aggressiveness, or baserunning ability run to first. It is cringe worthy watching David Ortiz spring hard out of the box to first seeing as though he does no more than a jog when he actually hits it.

                      3. Just so it easier to make real roster moves, maybe let rosters go up to 100 with a minimum of 90 so its easier to keep it updated. For example: its the point in the season when OSFM rosters are released but then your favorite team signs a guy who was just released or claims him. Then you have to drop a guy on the roster who may still be there and don't really want to drop prospects as they are more than just (unknown players).

                      Just a couple thoughts here.

                          MLB Network Intergration.

                          That would really help immersion.

Thoughts for MLB 16 the Show (Jerseys)

More uniforms. Neither the new navy camo nor the traditional camo are options for the Padres. The Diamondbacks are missing close to 10 jerseys. Giants are missing the black alternates. Think the Brewers are missing a few as well. Oh, the Twins don't have their new red jerseys.

Also, give us the option to pick socks and undershirt colors. Like when the Rangers go with red caps to their white tops. Game gives blue socks and sleeves with that look, awful. Another example is when the Marlins wear orange with white tops. Sure there's more. Batting helmet selection would also help. Be like Madden!!
