My wishlist :
1.Make online game play smoother. way too much lag, and people lose way to many games because of it.
2.add more cards to diamond dynasty, i would love a 1999 Pedro and there can be so many players added. ( i believe they added more with rookie and prime cards.) DD became boring after while because we weren't getting new cards, and no one uses the bronze cards.
3. better stat tracking for Franchise,DD and RTTS. cant even see my playoff stats after they are over.
4.Tournaments or playoff type mode for DD.
5.More uniforms
6. new commentary please !
7. improve gameplay, smoother fielding mechanics. ball gets hit in front of catcher and they beat it out 8/10 times.

4:00 games in the playoffs. This was around when most of the games for the Cubs/ Cardinals started in the NLDS.Would the lady who left her nine kids at Wrigley Field please pick them up immediately? They are beating the Cubs 4-0 in the 7th inning!Comment

Let me add a couple of items to my wishlist (but, don't forget about the main one...STATS!).
1. The Manager Hook for SPs sometimes is a little wonky with not letting SPs go deep into games. Even with the manager hook slider substantially lowered, sometimes you'll see a CPU pitcher carry a perfect game into the 6th with a low pitch count and get pulled after allowing a measly single. It would be nice if there were a Dusty Baker option added where you could ride them to 130 pitches per start.
2. Right now, the only entry point for new players in franchise mode is through CAPs or through the abbreviated June amateur draft. However, we've seen the rise of international players for the past decade or more. It would be a great add to build in access to international FA's, postings, and some access to bidding on foreign players. As a part of a general overhaul of the scouting/draft/franchise mode (think about how Madden does it and gives storylines/stats to intrigue you about draft prospects throughout the season), this would add depth and personality to the new players, which increases the replay value of the game to franchise mode players.
3. Roster carryover. I've mentioned this several times before, but the importance of this to roster creators cannot be overstated. Many hundreds of hours are spent each year porting things over and essentially re-doing everything from scratch. Even the workaround where you can export/import a player at a time is a grueling process. Imagine what could be done if we started from last year's ending point rather than from scratch each year. We'd have a complete set of classic rosters in several years time, intriguing fictional rosters, and 10 different flavors of OSFM rosters with much more attention to detail after having been vetted in previous years. One of the only things in '15 that really "bothered" me was the traffic in the stands behind home plate. I always use broadcast view for pitching so every inning that I would pitch, I'd notice at least 10-20 people walking up and down the stairs directly behind home plate. Most of the time they'd walk right through each other too since there is no collision awareness for the crowd.
In reality there are very few people walking behind home plate during the actual game. Maybe 1 to 3 people an inning. I would actually be in favor of just having nobody walking behind the plate during gameplay rather than so many. I know it's such a little thing to be pointing out but I would enjoy the visuals of the game so much more if it were toned down to a realistic amount of people.Comment

Please get rid of the players generic faces after they get traded, I miss the old days where it still had players pict just wrong hat. Just did a full updated off season roster and it looks awful cause all the generic faces on the scoreboards.Comment

Also, I had heard rumblings that the MLB licensing agreement would hinder their ability to use a real stadium creator, team relocation or rebranding, etc. I don't believe I have ever heard any of the devs/designers at Sony San Diego say this in an obvious or direct way, though. So maybe this is nothing more than theory and assumption by users.Comment

Many many things, but one that I think we might actually get to see:
Correct size gloves for OF'ers for all brands of gloves. I absolutely hated seeing OF'ers running around with 11.5 inch gloves in the OF.Comment

Like a lot of us I have so many things on my wish list and luckily a lot of them have been slowly but surely added to MLB The Show over the years.
But here's one more for you
The crowd audio AI needs a lot of improvement!
Fast forward to 1:08:20 into the video.
I want this kind of crowd reaction in MLB The Show and especially for post season games!
While I do think the crowd reactions have improved some in MLB 15 The Show I still think they could be way better for all kinds of game situations. Another example is I want to hear the home crowds get very loud and then quickly get silent on hits that look like they are going to be home runs but then fall short and caught at the last second near the wall. Also the crowds should go nuts as soon as the batter hits a ball into the gap and so on.
I feel there is still to many times during a game in MLB 15 The Show where the crowd is to quiet and kind of out of it if you know what I mean.
A little more stadium specific organ music and perhaps finally a brand new PA announcer could not hurt either
And of course we can all agree that the commentary booth needs a MAJOR reworking!Last edited by tnixen; 12-25-2015, 01:14 PM.Comment

Does anyone think we should start some sort of organized OS wishlist process for future iterations (probably too late for 16)? It could start as a general free-for-all like this thread, then some volunteers could go through it all and condense all of the identical or nearly identical requests, then have votes on them to get down to a final list of 5 or 10 requests? That would let the developers know what's most important to the players without having to weed through all these threads that end up having 50 pages.Comment

Grass textures improved. Looks so carpet-y, which is fine in Rogers and the Trop but not on a natural field.
They need to overhaul their throwback uniforms. So many mistakes. I know they blame it on a strict adherence to the media guide, but there's no way MLB will care if you get the uniform more right than the uniform guide, especially if you're historically accurate. How does Mitchell and Ness and the SHow have two different versions of the same uniforms?

If new announcers aren't added, then I would like to see the same stats and info that 2k had in their game. Win probability, upcoming schedules, team rankings by categories, etc. In game presentation of these like 2k did would really make the game fresher for me.
Not sure if you could also add some stat cast replays or stats given by announcers covering same.Comment
