I'm not exactly sure what the bunting issue were except never pulling back a bunt but in my 2 games I have tried a SAC with pitchers twice and both times the guy froze and the pitched was called a ball.

The batter would attempt to bunt no matter how far the pitch was outside of the strike zone. This issue never seemed to effect the CPU controlled teams, just the human controlled MoM team. If this has been improved in MLB 16, that is great news. I haven't seen anything yet, but that is because in the 2 games I have played so far, bunting has not really been needed yet.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone noticed a staggering lack of offense in manage made? I'm played 6 games in spring training and neither myself or the CPU have had more than 6 hits in a game. So far my team slash line is .153/.227/.210 and I'm allowing .181/.275/.305. Could just be dumb luck, but I'm a little concerned that pitching is too powerful.

No not really seeing this with MLB 16 and I am using the 2016 rosters from SCEA. What rosters are you using and what slider settings do you have? Most of my slider settings are on 5, but I have a number of them set to something else. My solid hits are at a 6. Unfortunately I don't have the game accessible at this time so I can't post all my current settings.

I think it's a Spring Training problem. I SIMED my team in ST and the numbers were hideous but when I play REAL games I's seeing something totally different.

WITH THAT SAID - my 1st game was almost a no-hitter and was about to comment on this thread but now after 3 in-season games things are normalizing.

It isn't a bug, it fixed a bug. Previously the batter would bunt at everything and never take a ball. Now the batter only bunts at strikes.

ALL Fielding Errors - 6
Baserunner Steal - 6
Wind - 6

CONSIDERING increasing something for more offense. From many threads it looks like hitting took a hit but I want to make sure it's not just an anomaly.

20 games played and this is the team stats I've accumulated so far:

3.6 runs per game
7.4 hits per game
1.3 2B per game
1.1 home runs per game
2.4 BB per game
7.9 K per game
.205 BA

I've rotated starters 1 through 5 each game. But as you can see, the offense is way below MLB average. CPU hitting has definitely taken a serious nerf and may explain why so many ppl have been flirting with no-hitters/ perfect games already.

On one hand, home run totals are slightly above average, if not too high but it's accounting for the majority of runs scored. I didn't bother calculating triples because only two were hit in those 20 games. SB ability needs to be bumped because too many (including elite base stealers) were being thrown out too often. The CPU, especially OF, run speed and arm strength looks to be a bit too high. Errors are too low as well.

20 games is a small sample but reading other ppl's posts and seeing my results firsthand has me thinking some offensive sliders need a bump. Going to make a few changes, then play another 20 games with the same teams/pitchers for results.

I have not seen this in MoM and am 4-0 with 60+ stealers. Seems normal to me but not many games!
