Re: MLB 16 the Show: The Little Things Thread
I've seen it mentioned but it's the first time that I have noticed it; rebuilding teams don't fill their stadiums with fans. I'm playing a Phillies 'chise and today's game against Cleveland in Citizens Bank. There are barely any fans here....Ravens: In Ozzie We Trust

An infielder going out on a pop up in the outfield and the incoming outfielder avoids the collision, and there was no ghost effect, nice nice touch. Also evening games look SPECTACULAR. I am absolutely loving this game."They're no such thing as stupid questions, they're are just stupid people that ask questions"

I rarely see two fielders battling for a fly out. I think that is a weak part on SCEA's gameplay areaComment

Re: MLB 16 the Show: The Little Things Thread
After 7 or so years of playing this game, this is the first time I've noticed this.
When the sun is shining directly on the dugout, you can see that no players are standing on the rails as everyone is under the shade. Same goes for games in the rain, everybody is trying to stay dry!
Now who said little things don't matter?Comment

Re: MLB 16 the Show: The Little Things Thread
IDK if this has been in for a while and I've just never noticed it, but playing as LAD @ LAA, Ethier went back to the wall for a long, high fly ball. The ball hung a while, so Eithier had time to set himself.
He went back to the wall on a slow run, touched the wall with his hand to gauge distance, then turned around, came in a few steps, and snagged the ball.
Such a little thing, but it was amazing.Comment

Re: MLB 16 the Show: The Little Things Thread
I shifted my infielders to the right and the CPU dragged bunted to the left side. Also I had a runner on 2nd and the CPU intentionally walked me on a 3-2 count after missing a 2-2 pitch outside. In all my years playing this game I never had that happen to me.Mets/Giants/Knicks/Rangers/Manchester United/Notre Dame Football

Never seen this before. RTTS, during my AT BAT i ask time and the opponent pitching coach catch the chance on the fly to speak with his pitcher.

Re: MLB 16 the Show: The Little Things Thread
Just noticed something interesting. Not sure if this was intentional or not, but as I was looking around the league I noticed the Marlins sent down Jeff Mathis because he was batting .193 and he is hitting .435 down in AAA now. He is not injured either. That is something you'd see in real life. The send downs when a player is struggling badly. Mathis is not a young player either, so maybe it was just a coincidenceComment

Re: MLB 16 the Show: The Little Things Thread
Had this happen to me the other night.
I've seen it occasionally in MLB13 (they'd go 2-0 and then just walk the hitter sometimes - when I had Adam Dunn, they'd do this a lot vs a RHP), nice to see it again.
Also had a case where I stole second and then they just IBB after that."Some people call it butterflies, but to him, it probably feels like pterodactyls in his stomach." --Plesac in MLB18Comment

I was playing a game with the Giants in SF and when Hunter Pence was batting one of the fans was holding a sign saying Hunter Pence platinum's ever Mlb the show or something like that. I had never seen that before and thought it was really funny.Comment

I found it cool that they added a Silver Slugger Award for pitchers. I always like to see who are the best hitting pitchers in a franchiseComment

It's cool that the Detroit Tigers home games are scheduled at 7:08 and 1:08 instead of 7:10 or 1:10Comment
