I love the challenge of the Angels. It would be a multi year rebuild, draft well, pick up some young guys in FA, trade Pujols if you can for a prospect or 2, trade Simmons, Weaver, Street and a couple others over the course of the season to build the farm system back up. Evaluate everyone you can and trim the large stupid contracts. I think I would keep Trout if you can get good in 2-3 seasons, but if not then dump him for something crazy. Start by getting a couple of good SP and a good bullpen to take some pressure off the offense and then build them up. Could be a ton of fun.
Then there's Atlanta. This would probably be the easiest rebuild. Their roster is fringe Wild Card contender as is, I think they'll go 83 to 85 wins this year barring some bad injuries or something, and could be more with a trade or two. Trade a couple of their SP's down in the minors for a big bat and maybe one more quality starter to go with Teheran and boom, they're a real contender. Freeman is a good piece at 1st, Swanson should be an All-Star this or next year, Inciarte is a great piece as well. Kemp provides a little pop and Phillips is a good fill in at 2B for now. They'd be fun and quick. I live in Atlanta (I'm more of a Red Sox fan) and would love to see the Braves do well.
