I'm about to pick up a Sony OLED on Monday. I can't wait to see what the 4k and HDR looks like with this game!Comment

My vote is cast for really liking how the game looks w/HDR post-patch. I like that it's a bit brighter than it was before and still looks pretty amazing to me.GO 'HAWKS!

Been playing in HDR enhanced mode on my ks8000, did the recent updates smooth out the 4k frame rate issues at all? Been traveling and unable to play recently to test it out myself, thanks!

Just to recap so you don't have to re-read back through the thread. Many folks say it did and they are now using 4K mode exclusively but there were a few who tried it and still don't think it works for them.Streaming PC & PS5 games, join me most nights after 6:00pm ET on TwitchTV https://www.twitch.tv/shaunh20

Cool so the usual back and forth about yes and no with no official word from SDS. Thanks for the reply

I got my Sony OLED and wow, this TV makes the game look unreal. HDR is amazing and gaming on it is way better than advertised. I'm so glad I finally got into the 4k HDR game.Comment

Re: MLB The Show 17 Supports 4K & HDR on PS4 Pro
Never did get to try my LG OLED before they removed the HDR slider unfortunately, but this game on the E6 is one heck of a great looking game. Do wish I had the chance to play around with that slider on this TV.
FWIW, the frame rate in alot of instances on Enhanced Visuals, seems to be smoother than before.

Re: MLB The Show 17 Supports 4K & HDR on PS4 Pro
I'm having a strange HDR issue where every time an inning starts, the screen is SUPER dark (to where I can barely see) for 15 seconds or so, then gradually fades to the proper color. Things are fine until the next inning, when it starts all over again.
I've checked my TV settings and there are no auto-adjustment/eye comfort filters enabled, and The Show is the only game where I have this issue. Any ideas?Last edited by Turbojugend; 10-08-2017, 05:45 PM.www.heyimbill.com | sports poster art and other cool stuffComment

Okay, I kicked my Backlight up to full intensity and things look a lot better. There's still a slight darkness shift between innings, but not as distracting as before. Guess I'll have to live with it.www.heyimbill.com | sports poster art and other cool stuffComment
