There is a huge frame rate drop off for games in Minute Maid Park. Is this ever going to be fixed? The Stros are my fav team but this makes it hard to play home games.

Do you have a regular PS4? I ask because MMP was one of my biggest problems for low framerate last year...before I bought the Pro for '17. This year, at least on the Pro, it's butter smooth in gameplay.

I feel for you if that's the case, because it means you're experiencing the same frustration I did last year.

Yeah, older PS4. In other parks it's smooth as silk(I definitely haven't played in most of them), so this bums me out.

This is the best sports game ever made imo.

Im glad that the servers are working better and that I can actually play it now.

Every time I play today's game with the Daily Rosters, my lineup has several players playing out of position. Example: Kenley Jansen leading off and playing shortstop. It cant be just me. Anybody else?

Been playing the game more as of late.

A few things that I would like to see improved for next season.

- I would like to see a variety in the cut scenes after a game. Getting repetitive and old after watching the camera zoom in on the coaching staff, and players at the end of the game.

- Bat flip foul tip animation. Seeing it too many times during a game. Again, change it up by adding some more swing strike/foul tip batter animations.

- Stat overlays before a game in franchise mode. Have an option to pause so the player can see the stats. The screen goes away too quickly before one has a chance to view the stats/pages. Maybe add an option to continue once the game is ready to be loaded.

- Home run celebrations. Add a cut scene of the player walking, or running down the dugout giving high fives to his teammates and celebrating.

- Work on the replays. Some of the replays will only show the batter swinging and getting out of the box. Would like to see the entire replay as it played out.

Was playing MLB 08 on PS3 the other day and I really miss the cutscenes in between plays.

I don't like how empty broadcast/fast play mixture feels. I get it speeds the game up some but the cutscenes were really cool. I feel like a lot of big plays or pitcher dominace in the game was much more acknowledged in MLB 08 cutscenes than in any of the recent games with no cutscenes.

I enjoy using dynamic difficulty but would like to see a separate slider for pitching & hitting instead of it being universal. That way when you get one where you want you can than lock it. For now I go back & forth lowering & raising it until I get both where I want it.

I can't really go through 95 pages, but is it common for the between pitch cut scene to have your pitchers mouths freak out? Does that happen to others or is my version just broken?

His rants are WAY too long. He's also annoying.

And what is up with what he always says about Buster Posey? "Took him a while to figure out how to do things in the big leagues...."

Posey was Rookie of the Year and won the World Series his first season...

One thing I noticed that is no longer in the game for some reason: if your RttS player wins some sort of award in the offseason (or All-Star game), there used to be a cut scene the next game you play mentioning it. That's no longer there....not sure why.

I love the game, however, a big negative is the games at dusk in most of the stadiums....ugh.

The game is so dark I have to go to quick manage for at least the first 3 innings. Today at PNC park it was awful and I had to go up to the 5th inning to where it was bearable.

I guess I'm just going to have to play in domed stadiums. Don't know what other fix there is, but, IMO, this is glaringly bad.

Geez, there's always something with this game. Things that should have been ironed out by now.

Not seeing that issue at all. In fact I think the first 3 innings are too bright, unless the game is being played in September/October. I'd suggest checking your TV's contrast/brightness settings.

Nope. Didn't check them last year, not fooling with them this year. My t.v. is settings are perfect.
