Mesoraco and Cozart for Swihart and E-Rod would probably work. Gives 2 established MLB to contending Sox and 2 longer term pieces to rebuilding Reds

Ok, sounds good. So you think Cozart would be fine at 3B? Anything for Lamb (just to give me options)?

I'd move Boegarts to 3B for 2017. He's played there before and Cozart is an above average defender at SS. Lamb is good but you don't really have the prospects to get him. He isn't worth Devers/Groome but he's better than your next tier. Maybe you could get him for a Swihart/E-Rod package.

Hampshire has a definite opinion on Lamb so maybe he can chime in

Ok, well my plan was to hopefully resign Cozart, so long term, I don't think Bogaerts fits at third, so Cozart may not be my best option.

What would Mesoraco by himself cost?

That would then leave me with just a third base need, so which one would be the best option if Lamb proves to be too much? The Brewers and Padres are only other teams that are completely out of the race that have legitimate 3B options in Villar, Spangenberg, and Solarte. I actually wouldn't mind Villar if he can be had for cheap, or at least not for a top-ish prospect.

So, in your opinion, what would each of these guys cost?

          Wilmer Flores - 77 AB, 6 R, 1 HR, 10 RBI, 0 SB, .247 AVG
          Brandon Drury - 210 AB, 24 R, 7 HR, 18 RBI, 0 SB, .252 AVG
          Jonathan Villar - 220 AB, 31 R, 2 HR, 16 RBI, 27 SB, .250 AVG

Also, do you think the Phillies would consider moving Franco (243 AB, 36 R, 14 HR, 42 RBI, 0 SB, .255 AVG) with the stats he's put up so far, plus also being 2 games out from the wild card?

What left handed bullpen man could I bring to the Astros?

Depends on a lot of factors. Who is in contention and not? What are you willing to part with? If the Orioles are out of it Britton could be available will cost a lot though. If the Pirates are out it, Tony Watson could be available. Same goes for Jerry Belvins, Ryan Butcher, and Antonio Bastardo. The Mets and Padres would need to be out of it to possible part with those guys too.

Oh man, I forgot about Britton. I know the Orioles are in last place but can't remember how far back, what would I have to give up for him? Thanks.

Martes and Fisher. Or Tucker and Whitley/Paulino. Something in that ballpark

What would I have to give up to get Ryan Butcher? I'm a couple of weeks from trade deadline. I can't trade Kyle Tucker or Forrest Whitley because they are injured and I don't want to trade Fisher because he's my starting left fielder after I DFA Aoki. I think one of Martes/Paulino plus another prospect would be good.

What are some statistics? He won't be ultra expensive.

I'm looking everywhere for this answer ... how do you include or add money to trades? I don't see the option for this ....

What you do is add on a player that has a big contract. So you take back a crappy player with a bad deal and its akin to taking on $$$
