Realistic outfield options for the Dodgers? Probably LF.

No I get that. Im just asking because I really wasnt sure.
Im getting a value of 62.5 surplus? Does that sound about right?

Coming full circle, if you're looking for a comp for Didi, J. Segura would be a good place to start. He's just a shade less valuable than Segura and he got moved for T. Walker (FV 60). That's your market.

I use Fangraphs for numbers but not to the extent that Gamecockslaw does.

Under the assumption you don't like Toles/Pedersen/Puig as your OF of the future, I'm sure LAD could put a package together for Cargo or, if HOU falls out by mid-season, Beltran for a playoff run. Are you looking long term or win now?

Thoughts on value, and do i have to retain salary
            To Nationals:
            David Robertson

            To White Sox:
            Juan Soto
            Carter Kieboom

Also do you think there is a deal where i could get Fedde
            Thanks

Given the going market rate, MLB closers are really hard to quantify. I find it tough to believe this is the first time we've talked about Robertson so a search through the thread may get you some more ideas. That being said... he's got 2/25 left on his deal and he hovers about a 1 WAR. Since the Nats could use a legit closer, Kieboom may be able to headline a deal but then you're looking at a 15-20 in the farm system at best (Abreu or Watson?). To get to Fedde, it's going to cost you one of your top athlete prospects as they are going to need a low cost starter in the next year or so and they've already given you one of them.

If you wait until the deadline in your franchise and he happens to be dealing (and the Nats are pushing for a division title), that may up his value...some.

What are some good moves to make for the Pirates whether I'm in contention or not. And since Ridin did confirm Otani will be in the game would you sign him?

I would try to trade watson cause he'll be a free agent. I would look at young relievers with less than 2yrs service time. I try to build a young team with less than 3yrs service time. I would like to get Neil Walker back but he's on qualifying offer. I have budgets on but force trades on for real life deals for the bucs. Watson is last years Melancon but slightly less value.

Like many of you I'll be starting a franchise when OSFM drops tomorrow night. I do 30 team control and play as Oakland, and I would like to acquire Jose Quintana from Chicago. What would a realistic package from Oakland need to include?

I want to bring either Wacha, Archer, or Stroman to the Twins. Any ideas to make this happen?

Given what they were asking for, it would be high end almost ready prospects. 1b Matt Olson (to replace abreu)
                        p Grant Holmes
                        C Sean Murphy

So I could trade Didi and Starlin Castro for Meadows?

Lol no. They most assuredly werent trading him for sale/quintana. Hes why Cutch is expendable. Why would they trade him for DiDi and Castro?

I was just told that my market was a FV 60 for Didi. Also it would be an upgrade for the pirates.

May be a slight upgrade, but doesnt mean theyre trading away the guy they refused to trade for the pitching they desperately need.. like saying Castellanos is an upgrade over headley at third for the yanks, so im taking back Frazier and shefflied. Upgrade, yes. Realistic, no
