Give me a true trade deadline experience. Something along the lines with Football Manager would be great, where the day goes in increments. Have some rumors swirling around, show a MLB trade deadline special and highlight people who should be on the move and when trades happen. The trade deadline is one of the most exciting days during a long season and this game needs to do better to make it interesting.

NBA 2K, Madden and now NHL all have one thing in common that hasn't been put on MLB the Show yet. The ability to relocate franchises. I would like that plus maybe an option to create expansion teams, custom draft classes, build teams new stadiums, and how about the ability to swap minor league affiliates. Also if I know how hard it would be to make Single A playable but at least sim it.

More realistic Minor League Stadiums and option to relocate to diff cities.
We know we arent getting create a Stadium anytime soon so plus give us some of these other options please

It's funny you post this because I just passed the all-star break in and all I did was ask my buddy if there were any trades he wanted to do, he said no, then I hit triangle to end the day and that was that. For such a big day in the sport it was very much treated like any other day.

I would love for them to do what you suggested. I'd love to see negotiations of all sorts be redone from gm to gm or gm to player etc etc.

All modes:

3 team trades
Cash in trades

Trade logic. Teams that are out of contention should be sellers. Teams that are in contention should be buyers (of positions they need to strengthen).

Teams should not sign multiple star players at the same position or trade for star players of the same position.

These are must. Should have been done years ago.

Career mode:

More media interviews
•post game on field or locker room

Once you have become a star, would be cool to have a cheering section for your player like the kings court or keuchels korner or back in the day hanks (blalock) homies.

Championship ceremony first home game. Have banner flag hung in stadium that stays there throughout career.

Interaction with teammates in lockeroom.

Interaction with hitting/pitching/fielding coaches in locker room.

Menu to call your agent whenever you want. With the ability to ask him things instead of vice versa.

Ability to go to managers office and talk with him.

Special handshakes with individual team mates

Multiple playoff celebrations. Hate seeing the same one every time.

Have to add more automosphere to the playoffs.

Ability to get your lead off quicker. Many times pitchers are moving to the plate before I have a chance to extend lead.

Like/dislike meter. If another team dislikes you crowd boos. If they like you you are cheered. If team dislikes you may be thrown at. (I know y'all don't want to add violence but this is a vital part of today's game.) Players could have option to do big bat flip for walk off or go ahead hit. Players could also have interviews talk bad or good about a former team or a future opponent to make this meter move up and down. The more teams that dislike you the more of a villain you are seen around the league.

Could also have a MLB network style show everyday with highlights etc...

May have been noted but I'd love secondary positions to be like choosing from a menu, like you can choose multiple. The presets can be restricting. A lot of players nowadays play all over.

I'll always crave a franchise experience like MVP baseball, but I don't think it's in the cards. Any enhancement to the management/ownership aspect of franchise is very welcome.

I'm tired of searching. One thing for Franchise. Be able to sign pending FA's, coaches, etc to contract extensions during the regular season.

I want more personality from players guys like Javy Baez, Bryce Harper, Wilson Contreas, all these guys play the game with a little flair, swag and excitement after each and every play they make I think The Show needs to incorporate this, Add more showboating after home Runs, long stare downs as they watch the ball go out the park, or show boating when they make double plays or throw runners out, give each individual player a personality

My biggest "wishlist" issue would be to have immediate control over my players once the ball is in play. Sometimes there are pop-up foul balls around the plate that I'd be able to get to if the game gave me control of my catcher right away. Instead he just stays in the crouch. And I've also had a few small blooper type balls hit towards my second baseman but I don't get control until the ball safely lands behind him a few feet away.

Speaking of players not moving, there are a ton of foul balls that are still on the field or close enough to the field in the stands where players in real life would at least move in that direction but instead, they just stand still. Takes away from the realism is all.

Other things would be:

-Let us edit the fake coaches names (first base & third base coaches).
-Clean up some of the throwing/fielding animations.
-Sometimes the range of my third baseman (Arenado) is only a couple feet.
-Have an option to send the catcher out to the mound to calm down the pitcher.
-Fix rocket bunts.
-When it asks you if you still like your scheduled reliever to come in (NL), it doesn't let you make a double switch.

I totally agree with immediate control, I am sick and tired of the cpu making every dang diving catch and 3rd base will my 3rd baseman is always a second late on the dive or just dives over the ball

I'd like to see more randomness with fielding and throws, in between errors and good plays. This already exists to some extent but I think it can be greatly expanded. Too many throws are right on target.

I would love a batting option that allows us to simply press "X" to swing that simply takes all the batters attributes into account and the PCI has no impact. Even if we use directional hitting the PCI stays in the middle. I would like to see a more sim-like scenario like we have with the pitching aspect.
