Does anyone know if, in RTTS, can you choose the uniforms of both teams once you make the majors?

In past years, once you get to MLB, you get a "Choose Uniform" option in RTTS, but it was only for your own team. I want to know if they maybe added the option for both teams, like you can in Franchise.

Just tested it and it's still the same. My RTTS guy is with the Cubs and can only choose my uniform.

1976 Red Sox helmets are still off. So simple, they are the same colors as caps.

Love the new PBR uniforms. I understand the BP jerseys are not the real ST jerseys but I like to use them in ST games.

One thing I’m curious about, the Braves BP jerseys are the only ones with NOB and numbers ( was the same last year). Anybody found another team with NOB/# on their BP ?

Too bad there’s not an option to play with BP jerseys with numbers and NOB.

Also, I have to admit I never realized how 'off' some of the colors were, especially reds, until I saw them fixed in 18. The reds really pop now, and add such liveliness to the game. Kudos to those that stayed on SCEA to fix these, and kudos to SCEA for fixing them.

Has anyone messed with sleeve length slider? Looks like it does not work at all.

I hate to be THAT GUY but do some reds look almost too bright..almost pinkish? Maybe it’s my HDR setting though.

Uniforms Need to be Overhauled

Was just watching some full game video on YouTube. The colours definitely pops on the uniforms. Even for the Athletics. Green is more greenish than black green now. Yellow pops. Even the numbers/name plate on uniforms so far seems to pop a lot more.. colours in general really pop. Looks a lot better that’s for sure.

Why would it be on by default if not every player wears them in real life? Also the stance socks cause a slight problem for teams that wear different color socks throughout their uniform sets so I myself like that it's not a default setting.

So many uni color improvements this year. I've always been irritated by the inaccurate and dull colors in the game but didn't know just how much they hurt the game's look until they fixed most of them. Makes a huuuuuuge difference.

That said, not all unis were fixed. You can scroll through the Reds unis for example and see that current on-fields are nice and bright whereas the throwbacks still have the ugly muddy shade of red to them.

Oh, and I have to add that the Expos unis are beautiful! Nice job on those. Expansion mode next year to put them to good use, please.

It looks like colors were improved for current uniforms but not for throwbacks and while that's a bit weird I think it's funny because it kinda proves right there in front of your eyes what the problem in years past was.

Literally go to the Reds Cardinals or Red Sox uniforms and scroll through them and look at the caps and just watch the changes of color tone. It hits you right in the face with the differences.

With that said, it *should* be much easier to correct the throwbacks next year since they just have to look at the current uniforms to find the color they need to match to.

Agreed... Looks like Orange needs a little work... Giants are better this year... But Giants, Marlins, O's orange alternates need be brighter.

I think that was it for the 2018 season uniforms.

I love this game but I will say some of the uniforms are still wrong. For example, the Cardinals do not have all of the current hats they currently wear. For the last several years for road games vs a Red team (Philly, Cin, Was etc.) they wear the Blue STL hat. For home Sunday games they wear the blue hat with the Cardinal on the bat. Neither one of these hats are even in the game!!! Just quite frustrating. Wont prevent me from playing franchise mode but I like a good realistic simulation and uniforms are something i really enjoy getting correct. UGH.

It’s odd that they aren’t because they have souvenir cards, it would only make sense that they would actually be in the game too.

The Rockies helmets are a dark purple and should be a matte black. Last year the same problem was there and was due to the “style guide” issue. However last year the throwback helmets were matte black so it was a bit of a work around. This year the throwbacks have the glossy finish.

Obviously a small detail but for us Rockies fans it is pretty big to have the helmets a completely different color. Is this fixable you think? At least adding the matte finish to the throwback helmets.
