A "small" thing but huge overall IMO was them tuning the contact and power swings also.

I wish we were able to get some more details on that. That plus the directional hitting tuning (not something I use a lot, but I know someone who certainly does )

Some of the tweets in this topic are laughable. The stream was informative and entertaining. If you didn’t enjoy the stream, what is the point of noting it other than to take a shot at the devs? The devs add so much to the game every year, many of which come from this community. So to suggest the devs are tone deaf to what community wants is sad.

Many people on this forum have requested rain delay. They get it and now complain that the get rain delay. What did you expect when the devs already said rain outs and double headers were unlikely? Didn’t stop folks from requesting rain delay. Now they get it and before they even see it in action, they complain. Give the devs a break. I am grateful they listened to the community and added it.

As for the uniform colors, get over it. The uni colors are pretty good but not perfect. I get people wanting more accurate uni colors but the incessant whining is too much. If the devs felt they were either wrong or easy to change, I would think they would have done it. Why do you seriously think they have not? And dont say because they don’t care anout the community. If they didn’t care, the game probably wouldn’t have many of the little things it has now. And they certainly wouldn’t be doing dev streams.

I could care less about DD, play now, legend (though I like classic seasons and teams), and retro modes. They could put those resources in to franchise or the replay system. They haven’t but I’m not going to whine about it. The devs read all the posts. They know the community wants more accurate unis. So you have to ask why reasonably they haven’t done it. But be fair to them. There is a difference between constructive criticism and destructive criticism.

Did you miss the video of the rain delay in the stream? I have seen it in action and I think it could have been done better. So what? It's my opinion and don't really care if you think its laughable.

Let people voice the things they care about or want to bring attention to and don't call them out for doing so. No one post has been an unfair or a completely off base criticism.

I find it funny that a guy just got banned literally a couple of pages ago for telling people to "get over it" about the colors on the uniforms. And here you come, not 20 posts later, doing the exact same thing. lol

I think the sooner some realize the devs don't need a protector and that other people caring/complaining about aspects of the game is actually fine and normal, the better off we all will be.

I need to go back and watch the VoD along with its chat perhaps...I left it off (except during the giveaway) because I didn't want to see a bunch of stupid questions about franchise, DD, and RTTS in a little things stream.

Any other nuggets they mentioned in chat but not on stream?

There were a handful of things I saw go by in the chat. The rain delay thing being the one that caught my eye. I don't recall much else and the chat was moving pretty fast, but there might've been a nugget or two.

So I like that they added PBR on the jerseys, but I hope it's still a work in progress. It looks a little off in that Giants video. Just my personal opinion. Maybe a little overdone? Not quite sure how to put it.

Sad none of them are a fan of ever using the Retro cam, or that they never allowed use of the Dynamic Defense cam on offense.

I think people here need to get over the red color/wrong color Jerseys. The devs clearly don't care about fixing them. I am more upset about not adding the new Angels RF scoreboard or Trout farm and other things missing at certain stadiums. I am also concerned that there will be more cards locked behind a paywall like Griffey was in 17.

The off colors personally have always bugged me, but it was more than just uniforms: grass, dirt, walls, skies, everything. I would like to see how this game looks in HDR this year though. Not to say things will automatically be "addressed," but sometimes my monitor just doesn't show what our TV's show in that kind of way.

While I agree the red teams need some tweaking, the second pic is extremely over saturated and not really accurate. The third pic is good though.

To be fair to the devs the Angels got their scoreboards finished pretty late in the development cycle so I can't fault them for that.

Also, wasn't the trout farm in one of the past two games? (I might be remembering wrong, otherwise it may still be in this game too and they haven't announced it).

For me, the reds looked a lot better with HDR. However, it would definitely be better for the red teams to look proper for everyone, not just the players who have 4k HDR TVs.
