Noticed this year missed tags on plays at second. For example, had Kwan steal last night and they pitched out. He was a dead duck. Out by two steps, ump called him safe. Watched replay and they missed the tag. Thought that was really cool.Comment

Noticed this. Makes it all the more strange they haven’t made the other updates which were at citi prior to Cadillac club, though.Comment

Re: MLB The Show 24 Little Things Thread (Positive Little Things)
This isn't a little thing but more of hilarious glitch.
I'm batting, 2 outs, hit a liner off the pitchers head......ricochets to the 2B who grabs it and flips to first for the 3rd out.
Meanwhile, the SP is laying on the mound writhing in pain as the camera cuts to the zoom out screen before going to commercial, completely ignoring the pitcher. His teammates just jogging to the dugout, again totally ignoring the injured pitcher. LOL.
I couldn't get to the record button fast enough to record it. He was fine and came out to pitch the next inning.JUUUUUUUST A BIT OUTSIDEComment

I continue to be impressed with the information provided on the scroll the further you move through the season. Career milestones, top prospects minor league stats etc. This is particularly engaging with the 1990 rosters I'm using. Since I created them with career stats, seeing some historic names reaching career records, like Nolan Ryan reaching 2500 Ks is impressive.

Re: MLB The Show 24 Little Things Thread (Positive Little Things)
Just had a great at bat where I worked the count to 3 and 1, then the pitcher throws an obvious ball (at least an inch off the plate) and the umpire calls it a strike. A cut scene ensues where my batter steps out of the box and looks back at the ump and utters a few choice words. The very next pitch was at least two inches off the plate and this time I get the correct call and get the base on balls. Immediately another cut scene plays where my batter, before heading to first base, looks back at the umpire as if to say sarcastically , “Are you sure that one was a ball?”
Little things like that are why I love this game!Black & Gold 4ever!Comment

The look and “feel” of rainy cold weather games is just so well done.
It’s 90 degrees outside today and even I’m wanting hot chocolate

When I play this game in the dead of winter here in Cleveland, it has the opposite effect. It makes me feel like it's nice and warm.JUUUUUUUST A BIT OUTSIDEComment

Re: MLB The Show 24 Little Things Thread (Positive Little Things)
I was down 4-1 and the Rockies 2B bobbled a ball with a man on 1st base, so I had men on 1st and 2nd base. Nolan Gorman comes up and hits a 3 run HR and the camera pans to the 2B who's like, that's on me. I love the little things this game does.Comment

Re: MLB The Show 24 Little Things Thread (Positive Little Things)
Just saw a good little cutscene. I’m pitching and fall behind 3-1 (obvious hitter’s count). It’s the #9 hitter at the plate who is hitting .229, so I have no qualms about grooving one (score is 0-0, top 3rd). Batter lets it go without even thinking about swinging. A cutscene ensues where it shows the third base coach clapping his hands in encouragement, as if to say, “I know you can do this.” The coach then reminds the batter to choke up because there are two strikes now.Black & Gold 4ever!Comment
