Personally, I'm much more interested in how the game plays and that they get the logic as close to reality as they can. The game is just that - a video game - and it's not going to look 100% real. The way I look at it, if I want to see baseball that looks 100% real, I'll just turn off the X-box and turn on my TV and watch an actual game.

exactly, I do not need the player to reach out of the screen and touch my hand. I just need a solid franchise experience

I think ALL of us would welcome new, amazing graphics that look like real life. There is no debating that. There are some of us that put those things above everything else, and others that say well graphics could be better but still pretty good, and the gameplay is top notch so I will buy it. It's pretty much what this thread has come down to....

Then there is the additional issues with CPU roster logic etc that we all want fixed.

If the show had updated graphics they would have been touting about it by now. Madden 25 didn't hide anything. The Shows graphics look decent but as someone pointed out it's the player models same lighting effects year after year. Someone also pointed out that there was very little difference in Madden between last gen consoles and current gen consoles #FAIL! clearly you have not played Madden 25!

I am a hard core baseball player and fan, like I didn't play anything else up until last year when I played Madden 25. The animations and graphics and graphic details are so far beyond what MLB The Show has produced. That I taught myself how to play football meaning reading defenses and offense.

So when comparing the current gen and year of those sports games it's Madden 25 hands down without a doubt. The leap the EA team made between 24 and 25 is something to be noted!

The Show should just borrow EA's team and Scanning Rig. Cause these screen shots are beyond dated and if you see those blocked umpire shoes in 25 it's game over!

Not purchasing this year! Fanboys who get there free copies will give it all the hype!

Game essentially looks the same. Can we PLEASE at least get a custom color slider for equipment. There just aren't enough stock colors to get the customization a lot of us seek in this game.

Also, a new batting stance creator would be pretty sweet. Talking about tilting head, neck, shoulders, etc. I saw that japanese game has something similar to this.
