Re: What are you working on?

As of Sunday I couldn't see myself getting further in the season monster so I decided to do the gold conquest missions and my conquest related player epics.

    Currently working on:

    All-Star Jimenez
All Gold Conquest Missions (Just 4 K's from 91 CC)
93 Kinsler (Can't remember his program)
All-Star Ken Griffey Sr. - This one really sucks, whenever my Reds get up I wait for 2 strikes, if it's 3-2 I only swing if it's right down the middle. Really sad Mission.

Although now that the new season is about to start, not sure when I'll be going back to these. I can't stand playing the computer, so boring.

I'd sell your Judge. Unless you're going to buy 100 of them and sit until he goes diamond then it's kind of a waste to just sit on 1 of them now. It's really a crap shoot when these guys go up an ovr. tier, you could be sitting on him for another month. You'll probably get a diamond career stat mission in the meantime anyways, those give you good stubs.

Back to these dang Drabek/Cruz/Jones programs. I just can't get home runs with these guys. All I get are singles or fly outs. And holy crackers are their PCI's tiny. Rookie Griffey and Wrights are often smaller than the baseball it seems.

I'm on 6 homeruns with rookies. I run with Bird and Trumbo in the lineup and both are getting multi hit games but always weak gappers on power hits. I've been thinking of buying the rookie Miggy to slot into 3rd or LF to get these last 4. I just want that Chipper card even if it's only silver.

The Drabek one is killing me because everytime i get a breakout starter i get lost connections when I'm winning. I'm not in a hurry to finish now though because I've got the diamond Drabek so i just got Breakout Nolasco in the rotation now and working on the Oswalt program with my other 4 starters which i only need 70 innings and 50 ks to finish.

Re: What are you working on?

Finally finished the team epics for the Twins & Pirates. Finished the Marlins epic easily. I'm going to try to finish all the programs that don't require me to play online or conquest. I can't figure it out. I've tried watching YouTube videos to do it & it never works out the way I want.

25 wins down, which got me the Zimmerman who I sold and bought Altuve. Might genuinely stand a chance of collecting everyone at this rate, 15 more wins will get me Ellsbury who should sell for a decent amount as well.

Not nearly as much incentive to do it this year, even that Ted Williams card isn't really that good, not game changing good anyway. If I do then I suppose that will put me up to 100% in the Dynasty which actually would get me some great cards.

The current event. Up to 35 now so should have the 40 needed for Ellsbury tomorrow. Boy will I be glad to see the back of it though. Ranked Seasons can get annoying, but Events are on a whole different level. Only 3 innings means one bit of nonsense can mean you lose and that's been happening a lot to me(and a bit for me as well).

Since I pulled the Ramirez card this month I think I'm gonna go after the Bellinger card. Gives me something interesting to work for.

19 ks left to finish Oswalt

9HR 11RBI left to finish the Griffey Hardware season stats. Although it seems futile at this point since there's no way I'll get the Rookie Griffey HR with the way hitting is now.

You can get rookie Griffey with tickets now. I believe it's 5K.

How do you acquire the breakout & Red's All Stat Griffey? Please tell me it isn't through conquest.

If I remember right you need to conquer the Reds stronghold to trigger a mission chain that will eventually end in the Reds Griffey. Do a mission with him and it'll get you the Breakout Griffey.

Haha, you never know. Post patch, he got me that home run on literally the first pitch he ever saw in a ranked game. I was so happy my opponent didn't do something bitch made and quit out so it wouldn't count. Such a relieving feeling to get it over with.

So my current lineup is(off memory) is
                                Breakout 86 Tony Gwynn
                                Rookie 81 Ken Griffey Jr
                                Breakout 97 Ian Kinsler
                                Rookie 88 David Wright
                                Rookie 89 Troy Tulowitski
                                Breakout 93 Curtis Granderson
                                Breakout 87 Anthony Rendon
                                Breakout 83 Dale Murphy
Not a single home run this season. Still only 9/33 6/10 0/1. 12 games. Not one home run. This is very frustrating.
