What are you working on thread

Now that immortals are out and we know what souvenirs are needed......what else do we need stubs for at this point?

Cause if I sell Scherzer I'm not sure what I would do with stubs seeing that I have to grind for the players I want most, and I am mostly finished with exchanges.

SDS showing their true colours again with another roster update where they've deliberately manipulated the ratings to prevent players going diamond (Simmons and Bregman). Both getting "coincidental" speed downgrades to go with their hitting upgrades that just happen to keep them as 84's.

Then throw in the Ballin is a Habit packs to go along with the stub sale and it's pretty obvious who they are targeting and it isn't the players who make stubs on the game! If they wanted a real sale, it would be halving the price of packs, not the price of stubs, but that'll never happen. Those of us who refuse to spend extra money on the game will continue to get screwed over.

How many players have been upgraded to diamond this year? Verlander, Paxton, Severino and JD Martinez by my count. That seems very low considering we're now halfway through the year?

The manipulation has become increasingly obvious over the last year or two. Its fairly sad that accurate roster updates have become a conflict of interest for them.

On a separate note, prices already seem to be going back down and close to where they were, at least for the guys I was looking at.

It's an obvious cash grab, but as one of those who doesn't spend real money on the game, this has also created some great opportunities. It's introduced volatility into the market, and that helps if you're able to spot some good deals. I've made 60K in the last 24 hours flipping cards. Easily my best day ever. I actually see a real path to the Fishman now. Sitting on 300K and his price has dropped back down a bit. The "takes stubs to make stubs" philosophy really is true. The more shots you can take at high value cards that will earn you a decent profit, the better. Even though the stub sale is for people ready to drop real cash, it can also help us budget players!

Haha im tempted to do the same thing. Probably would if I could have actually invested more the other day but I spent like an hour trying to buy a couple Lindors just to be outbid by 1 every second until I got frustrated and quit.

SDS cut off their nose to soite their space.....the way did everything this year was an obvious cash grab but dies anyone feel the need to go after that 92 Goldschmidt? Thanks to the cash grab arcs, souvenirs, and apparel missions I already have 5 better first baseman.... dumb

People are throwing stubs around like it's nothing. Now I'm up to 120K profit on the day. I didn't even think that was possible. 360K in the bank means about 100K more to Trout if his price doesn't shoot up. And I haven't even had to sell Gagne! Super pumped about this stub sale.

Its a lot, anything that involves getting a specific pitcher that many times is brutal. Got the k's in 2 games pretty much tho haha.

He either gets picked multiple times in a row or not at all for 20 games.

3 hours later...and game 4 has just begun lol. I swear this game knows exactly what you’re trying to do, & does it’s best to stop you
