I’ve been mainly doing this the last few days. I have 5 team saves ready for Friday. I’m not sure if this is common knowledge and I just didn’t know, but today I noticed that you can change your gameplay type to casual and it affects MTO. Doing that makes playing on All Star feel like Rookie. After noticing that, I checked other game modes for that, it works with Moments, but not Conquest or DD vs CPU.

I feel like this completely destroys me in online play for a little while...like a day or two anyway

For mini seasons I do the blank canvas on veteran and score like 30 runs thing. Definitely gives me a lot of progress but murders my approach and patience. I almost hate to do it but I don't wanna focus hard and play 3x as long for matt chapman when I'd prefer to play online anyway.

Finished the Tops Now and Monthly Award programs. Don't really have anything left to do until tomorrow. I don't really have an interest in this current events because the rewards look bad. Might just play some to prevent being rusty, since I've been grinding offline for a few days. I think I'd need like 10 or 11 wins in BR to fully complete the program and get the extra packs, but not sure it's worth it. Really looking forward to a BR reset, since those grinds are my favorite.

Not to be a complainer but almost all these cards they've dropped for set 2 are pretty much same thing we always get lol.

I'm hoping they make Sizemore useable since I don't think he's ever really gotten a good card.

Really hope in set 2 they do something with the negro league guys to make them more usable without the captain boost. I don't think I wanna hit against a real 99 Paige just yet but getting these cards more useable in the game would be pretty cool.

I know some people hate that they give prospects ridiculous boosts but I actually like it. Last year I was super good with peraza and Bobby miller

Realistically it is a tough task for sds to keep things fresh and I do think they do a good job. I'm looking forward to the update

This is where additional playable content would help. Online and offline. The program (season) will unfold basically the same way with the same structure. It's what happened last year that grew stale over time.

Gameplay being better (though very frustrating lately) should help the online crowd but with no fresh ways to actually grind, I think this might stall out later in the year for a lot of people despite the relative fresh element of seasons.

Am I the only one that hates those Diamond Duos packs? I have never gotten a player worth anything out of one of those packs but it seems to be almost all I ever land on when I get a spin.

i think i got a live series ohtani a month ago but other than that they've been duds. I haven't gotten anything else all year of note really except trout from the wbc program pack

I hate all packs. I typically don't buy them unless there's a real ROI which is incredibly rare. I bought a couple 50 bundles at launch which I typically do and got basically nothing out of them. The best pull I've had all year was Mookie but everything else has been low diamond and very rare.

I pulled the Rare round in the one program and was able to take Realmuto. Outside of that it's been terrible.

So no you aren't alone haha

I am so ready for all the content today but of course ill be busy all weekend with a old friend coming back into town and then mothers day but still going to try and atleast get some stuff done . im loving all the new card designs and i saw they made the requirements on captain cards lower for both season 1 and 2 so that should be really interesting.

What cards are you taking first out of those choice packs? i think im going ot go with Mo out of the boss pack first and then maybe that Kluber and that Tony CLark looks interesting to try out

I’m very excited about today as well. Hoping to cut out of work early today and dive in at 3 as this is a pretty busy weekend for me.

I do think for bosses I’m going with Mo first and then Maddux. I’m not even sure what to target first though. Maybe spend some time putting together a plan on what to target first.

I love big content days like this because you have so many options.

Nope, I bought one Diamond Duo pack (when it was the one for Joe Morgan)...and somehow pulled him, lol.

That was the one premium pack I purchased this year...and I don't plan on buying any others...

Vlad sr to 94k from about 120k
Jt Realmuto down to 44k seems lower than whatever it was
Tatis to 169k from about 200k

Gagne sitting at 36k still

Some cards ranked but not all. Can't decide whether to scoop some up or not

That's concerning. I haven't done any mini-seasons because I didn't want to get the glitch. Was going to start once they said it was fixed since I'm out of offline conquests to play (I'm never doing US Conquest again).
