I think I'm just gonna try to get Escobar, Roberts, wood, treinen, and maybe a few others then just play br/ranked/events and let them fall where they may

I'm not gonna specifically go into mini seasons and try to get 8 hits with al west guys or whatever then go out and refill team with nl west guys.... And then go into conquest and do some other thing like that. The opposite of fun. The first two TA's were a good decent grind

I even like the team builds to get xp... I know you do division builds now but team builds appeared quicker and more rewarding

Extreme Showdowns, Extreme Moments, and TA Miniseason runs is the only way I can think of.

Basically 97,500 they get you right out the gate, plus add the first captain mission (if you took a pitcher, 5k's) is another 10k. End up with 12 captain cards from all of that as well.

I had all the divisions at 50% and barely did anything gameplay wise.

I’m both impressed and filled with hateful envy for you right now. I’m not able to do extreme moments or extreme showdowns reliably, so this setup is brutal for me. Been playing all weekend just with ALE, and I’m around 80% done…and 1% everywhere else. I feel attacked as a casual player (skill wise), as I sink tons of hours into the game with what feels negligible gains. Very frustrating.

I beat all the extreme moments, I missed giolito 2 times in the 9th inning.

I tried the showdown once and im just too impatient to take a ton of pitches in showdown for offline stuff cause I want to get it done. I think the show zone is gonna post some bunt cheese method to do it is maybe I'll try that.

They have an exchange method where you can buy mine 75 bronze and exchange for 100000 and I thjbn that nets you 10 or 10000 whatever points. It's still like 3500 stubs... It'll add up if you do all divisions.

I tried last night but accidentally bought a free agent...

I think I'm just gonna target certain players I want and not worry about 100% finish. I already got Escobar and sheff from nl west... Likely will never use sheff. Want Roberts, wood, treinen, and maybe that's all I even care about cause I think I'm gonna run Santana boost.

Curious how Kershaw boost would work because I haven't seen people lay that out. And doing both Santana and Kershaw

I'm not very good, above average at BEST. But for some reason decent at the harder moments etc. Usually don't take long with them at all. Extreme Showdown, last time, and this time I went right through it on the first try. I'm terrible at Showdowns, not sure how I did it other than just knew I had to lock in.

I'll say this, no clue why they seemed to make it a longer grind on the very last TA of the season. Makes no sense.

I think br is coded where if you're 6-1 you are required to matchup against a ws/flawless goon that won't swing at a ball and hits everything out.

I feel like I have run into so many flawless/ws guys this year

Last year I didn't go flawless but could get to 10 wins about every run before two losses.

Well i didnt get to enjoy double XP as much as i wanted to , i went to UFC all day saturday in STL and then on mothers day i catered to the wife but i did manage to get the Ludwick card which is good for my cards team , i need that Edmonds and larry Walker now and my outfield will be set.. i still am about 30,000 xp away from the first boss pack so i may just take Larry first even tho that Rollins is sick.

i do not like the grind this time for TA and i dont know what it was but i had no issues last TA with the showdown but this showdown i cant hit Glavine and the one time i did i couldnt hit Sandy at all so im going to give it one more try before i move on to mini seasons i think

Missed out on double xp because, ya know, mother's day. It sucks they didn't extend it past the holiday.

Played today and started the conquest for graveman. Didn't even get halfway through the map and hit the XP cap.

It really needs to be boosted or changed to weekly in season 2. It's absolutely impossible to keep up with the seasonal program when you only have 1 or 2 days to play.

Yeah, I still don't know why anyone thought the cap was good... I get an extreme cap but I just hit 900xp because of this weekend and events and br were loaded with xp

Still I doubt I get all three bosses... Ill likely get one and then probably have him for a week. As I'm looking at s1 collection... I don't think there is any chance in getting all 3 and I don't feel too confident I'm even getting one. I have 223 cards total that I've collected but it's same issue with the xp path... I'm gonna have whoever it is for like a week. I think I need 280...so I gotta get 57 more cards over the next 25 days or so

And I'm not playing 24/7 but I feel like I play a good bit... I'd consider myself more than "casual"... It's not rewarding at all this year. Hardcore grind for Rollins and Brett and then you get to the finish line and they'll take em from you

I also assume the 4 wild card slots will be hidden deep in the next xp path

I think the wild cards will be part of the season 2 head start thing. Like depending on where you got in the season XP path you'll unlock x number of them

They need to make getting these extra wild card spots easily attainable and available for use fast once season 2 starts IMO. If its just we get one at the start of season 2 and then a slow creep towards the other 3, that again will be another ball this team has dropped..

Haven't really had the itch this current season after getting the TA3 divisions to 97k out the gate, I finished the NL East and NL West by doing a mini season from basically start to finish. Starting another one at some point today using AL East bosses and NL Central Pitchers.

At minimum you should be getting 7,500 TA points after 2 mini season games, 15 hits, 2 saves. Rinse and repeat. Usually up 10-12 runs, walk batters until you are in a save situation, get a save. So dumb, but gotta do what ya gotta do. Also only having to get Total Bases with batting bosses and 5 k's with pitchers is very nice as well, super easy.

I HOPE its like what papadell said where you get the head start progress of multiple wild cards but based on how they've released content and how tedious/drawn out/slow everything is.....

                                I feel like we'll get one wild card at 200000xp, 400000xp, 600,etc

So most of us get the 4th wildcard in the last month of season 2 and bosses still at a million or whatever.

I just feel like they made their decision of what the content structure was at the start of the year and they're sticking to it

Hopefully they adjust because pretty much every youtube content creator is saying the same thing, having the same opinions on the content this year...altho if the adjustments are coming from above SDS then not sure what they can even do.
