I skimmed thru attributes, won't be able to play until Friday for about an hour but I don't think any position guys I'll be using.

Some of the Pitchers maybe... Jose trivino has a screwball, Buxton has outlier, someone has both slider and 4 seam outlier, I think there is a lefty rp or two mixed in.

The cornerstone stuff, I think lowe has a big power boost if you're under 90 contact for both sides

I didn't look at the collection or xp cards when I logged on for a few mins.

Enough of the TA and Awards program goals are season-agnostic that I’ve been able to use my Red Sox theme team to get about 2/3 through both ALE for TA and the first awards drop.

Which is handy, since you can’t get to any of the awards cards just from the moments this time. You have to buy a pack or complete general missions to earn anyone. But only the SA/TN missions are truly season-limited.

I always wonder who actually wants to P5 diekman? Or someone similar.

They basically just had to use him on rookie and strikeout the computer for like 15 hours straight right? Sounds like punishment

Loaded up, bought El Troll and Winker. Exchanges and moments for dEgrom. I did the Lindor program, no hitter with Snell, other moments, 15 more K's with Snell card and had Lindor. Will snag Syndergaard when he is peanuts in a few days or maybe by playing some of the new conquest map.

Updated Mets s3 Theme team with 3 wild card spots. Also updated the overall Mets theme team.

Productive short time with the game.

I’m loving TA3 so far, in combination with the Captain packs from the Season XP path.

I’ve been wanting to be able to actually play some with theme teams, but I didn’t have the captains to do so. Now, I can play around with the Twins/Angels/Reds and actually progress through the TA division effectively with my best version of each team. The poor Rockies are in for a very, very long weekend.

I thought about the TA Conquest map, but the sim just takes too long with the full league of AI opponents. A waste of valuable 2x XP time, so it’s back to bashing the Rockies for 15 RBIs per game with a different theme team from each division.

I'm not sure whether to do that us map with team builds or just players I want to use.

I don't have a favorite team so I started with the Yankees since I have both hitting and pitching captains....when u can use s1 and s2 plus captains the Yankees team is like 125 everything lol... Sabbathia and petite are close to 125 everything too

Trying to P5 guys almost seems like a waste with seasons and only 4 wild cards

Did the double captain thing with my Red Sox to start with, only other division with a team I can do that with is NLE with the Braves. Only issue with the Sox is too many LHH, other teams have better balance at the moment.

I’ve just been adding pitching captains with power boosts for other teams I’m interested in trying. Still not enough options out there for double captains on many teams.

I’ve gone pretty hard this weekend, finished TA, maxed out wins in the event, got a good chunk of the RS program done, and have a good start on the BR program.

One thing I have noticed with the OOP relievers is that you can use them as pinch hitters, and while they don’t have hitting attributes, they still have their normal swing. I hit a game tying double in the event with Adam Dunn: https://youtu.be/vKtCLvmr7zE?si=5--32avi4_OS0aeh

I have 4 wild card slots already and my team is s3 eligible....I haven't even unlocked the 3rd 50 card collection wild card thing yet

its not a glitch they decided that if you had all 4 WC spots you can just keep them but if you didnt reach them then you could get the ones you didnt have quicker this way .

I never knew that.

I got to biggio and I think have 18 or ta cards. My "god squad" is kindve weird with all these cards. At the moment I'm using honus, chipper, posada, and frank as my wild cards. I haven't hit as well with chipper this year as I would've hoped.

Frank and honus I haven't used alot. I may actually give Doyle a run in cf and move honus to 1st or something.

Used j roll as wild card last season but I feel like he doesn't have as much pop as I'd like.

I'm not sure on these oop players but I'm participating unlike the action figure ta that I didn't do and I'm having to put some thought in to what I would like my God squad to be.

Once there are enough switch hitters I'll prob go back to the Santana boost.

I found you have to do it on the phone app so likely only works with ranked.

I made a fairly interesting team.

Also looked at my online stats and my best cards this year of all these guys have been griffey, j Rollins, live trout and that spring breakout Dylan crews. Odd how attributes for the most part dont seem to matter THAT much. I should maybe pick up that s2 crews

Played the event and went 11-2, these new oop Pitchers are really good... Hitting wise rivera, trout, Gallen, Grienke, Jansen, skenes all did well for me

Nolan ryan and degrom I couldn't get it going with

Interesting to plug and play, platoon, defense replace with these cards.. I thought about messing with ranked but I figured it was an easy going fun gaming experience and didn't want to ruin it

Unreal, nobody told me about the Mets Santana CF card and Franco headliner card. Loaded up, snagged them both and updated the usual theme lineups. Logged off! LOL.

God we need a 6 inning ranked mode or something. Bah.
