You can somewhat fix the pitching control problems by messing with the sliders.

The one problem that absolutely ruins the game at times is the error glitch, as mentioned in this thread. You'll get that groundball which would end the comeback before it even starts, but it just goes right through your defender, and then it's scored as a hit, not an error. It's a stupid glitch and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Wow I cant believe this also happens in MOM , kind of proves a point .
I believe of what you speak is true but they added something else also that kicks in when they are trailling
ahead ect .
Which is fine win or lose but when we get straight out cheated it gets a bit tired and the more people play this game they will realize this .
My only real issue that I cant get around is the magic pitch location .

I realize Capps isn't exactly a hall of fame closer but through the first 17 save opportunities he has only two clean 1-2-3 ninth innings. If I use him in other innings he is a different pitcher. I think it's the clutch combined with confidence.

The graphics are great, the features are great, but this element of game play is contrived. It's a shame because baseball is a pure game and they don't need to do add these gimmicks.
