    This might be a reach...

    Team: Washington Nationals
    Players Name: Julian Tavarez
Signature/Personal Routine: He rolls the ball to first when he gets a comebacker groundball to the mound.
    Situations? Comebacker groundball.

I understand this requires you to change a gameplay mechanic, but just putting it out there.

      Team: Boston Red Sox
      Players Name: Jason Varitek
Signature/Personal Routine: He jogs back to the dugout when he strikes out.
      Situations? Most strikeouts.

      Team: Boston Red Sox
      Players Name: Jason Varitek
Signature/Personal Routine: When a borderline strike is called on him, instead of complaining to the umpire, he briskly walks out the batters box, staring into space, and takes a couple practice cuts.
      Situations? Borderline pitches

        Team: Chicago Cubs
        Players Name: Milton Bradley
Signature/Personal Routine: When he hits a no-doubt home run, he struts out of the box and unstraps his batting gloves.
        Situations? No doubt homeruns.

          Team: Red Sox
          Players Name: Kevin Youkillis
Signature/Personal Routine: You got the routine down great.
When he strikes out, he quickly snatches the bat with his other hand in disgust. When its a called third strike he barks the entire way back to the dugout.
What game situation: Strike outs swinging and looking

          Team: Red Sox
          Players Name: Dustin Pedroia
Signature/Personal Routine: When Dusty hits a HR he sprints around the bases with NO celebration at all.
          What game situation: HR's

          Team: Red Sox
          Players Name: Jon Papelbon
Signature/Personal Routine: When running out to the mound, he pauses at the door of the bullpen, fist pumps the police officer/guard (EVERY time), takes a few strides onto the field then sprints to the mound. As he gets the sign from the catcher he GLARES in, arms hanging down before going into his stretch/windup. On BIG end of game strikeouts he does a bit of a 2-fist pulling, hip pump celebration.
What game situation: Coming into the game. Strikeouts.

          Team: Red Sox
          Players Name: Josh Beckett
Signature/Personal Routine: On Strikeouts, Beckett slowly walks around the mound, head down (towards first base). On an inning-ending K, he walks off SUPER slow towards the dugout...zombie-esque. Beckett chews gum CONSTANTLY throughout the game.
          What game situation: Strike outs.

          Team: Red Sox
          Players Name: Kevin Youkilis
Signature/Personal Routine: On HR's Youk instantly runs out of the box with tiny, quick steps and just starts running....no posing, no staring.
          What game situation: HR's.

            Team: Oakland Athletics
            Players Name: Jason Giambi
Signature/Personal Routine: He has that little tomahawk backswing thing after his swing.
What game situation(s) and how often does the player(s) perform this routine? He always does it, whether he strikes out, hits a grounder to second, or blasts it into the upper deck. It is his signature, he always does it 100% of the time.

              Players Name: Reed Johnson

Signature/Personal Routine: When he fixes his batting gloves, he puts the bat into his crotch and leans on it like a tri-pod! For Real!

                  Team: Boston Red Sox
                  Players Name: David Ortiz
Signature/Personal Routine: After a Home Run, after rounding the bases, he touches the plate with both feet and stands up straight, extending both arms and pointing skywards before moving towards the dugout (not sure if you have this in already)
What game situation(s) and how often does the player(s) perform this routine? After every HR

Even tho he is not really a prime time player anymore...
                  Team: Boston Red Sox
                  Players Name: Julio Lugo
Signature/Personal Routine: When stepping back into the batter's box after pitches, Lugo wipes his left eye with his right hand and then extends his left arm (Gripping the bat) upwards while tugging/adjusting the upper portion of jersey near his left shoulder, before tapping the plate and getting fully into his stance.
What game situation(s) and how often does the player(s) perform this routine? When stepping back into the batter's box after pitches (Every time)

Minor correction to this one. Paps sprints from the edge of the warning track and stops at the edge of the IF dirt. He then walks to the edge of the iF grass then jogs to the mound
