Really, I don't have many problems with the gameplay itself.
Maybe try to implement that Hitter's Eye feature they used in MVP 2005, instead of the Guess Pitch feature. Gives the game a much more realistic feel.
But, other than that, I haven't got many problems. The broadcasting doesn't bother me as much as it seems to bother others. I understand that there is only so much you can do for that.
I would like to see more natural pitching motions. Verlander, Brett Myers, Ricky Nolasco, Noah Lowry, etc. They all have very awkward (to me) pitching motions. They look like they're pushing the ball and they never extend their arms; they keep their elbow bent in the entire time. Makes it look very unnatural.
A few batting stances need fixes. Nothing major, though. Adam Dunn, Russell Branyan, Brandon Phillips, various others.
But, I could live with NO CHANGES at all (other than updated rosters), if you guys at SCEA would just fix Griffey's stance. It's been the same since 06. Not sure where you guys got that he had such an open stance, but it's been bugging me for years. Please, just be more accurate with pitching motions and batting stances, and I'll be fine.
I agree with what that guy said up at the top of the page. I would love to be able to try to talk guys out of retirement, or for you guys to implement some programming in the game that wouldn't have A-Rod retiring at age 34 or Jeter at 35 or whatever.
(Sorry if I repeated what others have said, but I didn't take the time to read through 14 pages of comments)
