On the PS3 site, they are going to do a blog about sounds of the show sometime so we will know more info then

no..nobody has answers anymore to real questions.

I don't blame the CD guys, but I've asked 15 good questions and NOT 1 has been addressed so ..keep looking at the pretty pictures ..glad the "glove" looks good"

If it's Sounds of the Show......I don't know...sorry.

To answer the guy about the possible "********" non removal of that ani........I don't remember seeing it that much at the Community Day.

To the guys talking about the DL.
Yes..I wish there was a way to make the injury retro.....and would love to be able to assign the guy for a rehab assignment if he is going to be a couple of more days injured....but done with the 15 day DL. To be honest...I didn't really think of that and would have brought it up to Kolbe...as he wanted to get the DL correct for '10 seeing he wasn't happy about the 60 day DL in '09.

Spring Training guys.....yes...pain in the arse...and I asked if we could somehow get a sorting screen for assigning the rosters pre-spring training. I feel your pain on this one.
Believe it or not though...spring training for those not staying on the MLB roster does indeed burn an option IRL.(not that this is what you guys mean about whose up ...whose down.).....
It will be who gets assigned to your MLB roster...and the rest of the 40 man....but it's a bit tricky to get it how you want(when signing FA's...and having your guys re-sign is where it gets a little loopy.

Just figured I would throw this out here for now.

Today, I had a really good conversation with ksig24.
The guy obviously knows his stuff when it comes to prospects and minor leaguers(and a thing or two about MLB guys)....and he will be helping me big time in setting up the O.S. Full Minors set this year.
I'll be starting to collect my data in the coming weeks and will open up a thread for the pre-release talk and info(you guys always come through with great stuff for me).
I already received some generous offers for help and some info, which I will of course...as always heartily accept.
ksig will take the lead with setting up and I'll do the editing and faces.
Hopefully...Razr(pitch edits for MLB players) and Strut24(equipment and stance/motions) have the time to contribute their talent to the finished product(both are awesome with their contributions...but may be busy...it is a LOT of work they put in).
JaSnake...and ThirdDegree also did some great work on the End of Season Set for '09 and I would welcome their help if they have the time.....and I see dorismary pitched in on ksigs '09 set....so if Anthony has the time....I'd love the help from him also!
(if I'm missing anyone.....it's not on purpose...it's because I'm gettin' old! )

All in all....I think the O.S. Full Minors will be smokin' this year!

I actually remember seeing that catch in one of the MLB 10 CES vids. Can't remember which one but I just remember saying "dammit they still do that!?".

As long as it doesn't happen with regularity but I agree that it should be scrapped. But you never know about the final build I suppose. Maybe it isn't there.

IIRC, most of those were about Sounds of the Show, and those are just something we can't answer to. Not because we're under NDA on it (we aren't), but because we weren't able to import MP3's or anything due to the nature of the "system" we were playing it on.

Knight answered one of them, as to the other two you've asked (that I saw anyway - I did a quick search:

- Foul balls. I saw plenty of variety in them last year, which is why I wasn't answering. Fouls to the screen (and over it), some ropes just missing down the line, weak contact choppers, HR distance but just missing the pole, all of it. If I may ask, what sort of foul balls did you see a lot of last year?

In any event it really didn't seem much different than last year (to me, which means it was just fine) - the variety was still there. I think it just boils down to contact quality as to what types of foul balls you get - if your location is perfect but your timing is off, you might make solid contact but pull or push a line drive foul. If both timing and location are off (but not enough to make you miss the pitch entirely - plate vision probably comes into play here) you'll get a weak contact tapper or something like that.

Walk cutscene/commentary - I saw it once, with several opportunities to see it. Does that mean it won't come up enough times to annoy you? Who knows. It wasn't overbearing in the time I spent with the game though, that's the best answer I can give. I really hope that doesn't get twisted into "IT'S FIXED" because that's not what I'm saying.

you do realize there is a blog forthcoming that is dedicated to the Sounds of the Show. You'll have all the information about it prior to the game's release. No reason to get so frustrated right now...patience is a virtue.
