Anyone of who can comment on this. I saw 1 screen shot of the progressive field in the game and it looks good. How ever the championship banners are wrong they in real life on the right field stands not the left field wall anymore. Please fix that.

Re: Community Day Questions, Answers, and Impressions
Theres nothing effective about it, the fat players arent fat enough, the thin players often arent thin enough. The Show player models tend to all look very generic, short, and stocky. My question was if there have been any changes made to this by default, or at the very least any option to fix it like there is in 2k baseball where you can edit specific body parts, as well as height and weightComment

Re: Community Day Questions, Answers, and Impressions
This did happen with 09. Not a lot, but it did happen. Trades in the offseason happened as well. I just didn't see any the first off season, but I saw a ton the second off season. I would assume (of course you all know the assume thing) that they [SCEA] wouldn't take away from features when they added to them. I could be wrong of course. I usually amComment

To answer your question...nothing has changed from last year to this year in terms of player models and the ability to edit them. Its the same as it was last year.Last edited by countryboy; 02-04-2010, 03:39 PM.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: Community Day Questions, Answers, and Impressions
I didn't mean a certain pitcher in particular. Do you know if deceptive moves are generic? For some pitchers it won't replicated their delivery.
The 2nd question was asking if there is the "inside move" to second base, which would certainly classify as a deceptive move.
Here's an example:

You can now set your pitching and hitting difficulties separately...andthere is always the sliders.Last edited by Woodweaver; 02-04-2010, 07:26 PM."Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man"Comment

Re: Community Day Questions, Answers, and Impressions
This isn't really so much a Community Day question as it is a general one since I'll be getting the game for the first time in March. Rather than start a whole new thread I figured I'd ask here.
How is the CPU for non-user controlled teams at handling lineups/batting order?
1. Will they generate realistic batting orders? This goes for both default roster and fantasy drafted teams. I assume it will have some default orders vs. L/R w DH/wo DH set with the default rosters the game ships with, but what about when a player goes down with an injury? Will the CPU realistically make changes in the batting order? For fantasy teams, does the CPU generate believable batting orders based on the squad they end up with? (I know that's a lot of questions disguised as 1, but I think you get the drift.
2. How does it handle rest? Will the CPU realistically rest players based on their real life at bats, especially for catchers? How good does it do at handling platoon situations in general?
3. For user controlled teams, is there some sort of usage limit where players will start to tire and their attributes will be negatively effected if you continually start them?
Thanks for any info as I continue to get psyched up for this game.Comment
