for 11 i would LOVE to see, during HR's, cutaways to the crowd going nuts.
As well as shots of the bench.

speaking of the bench, i noticed they stayed there with their hands on the railing and didnt react to the homer.

I agree... little things right? No bench reaction and Morneau doesn't even high five his teammate that is on deck! Oh well, hopefully they can refine RTP next year... great start though.

I should have brought a chair with me. The Best Buy I was at was literally empty.

For any A's or Giants fans:

Andrew Bailey has his own delivery.
Trevor Cahill has his own delivery.
Brad Ziegler has his own delivery.
Jake Fox has his own stance.

Jonathan Sanchez has his own delivery.
Brian Wilson's delivery was updated.
Barry Zito's delivery was NOT updated.
Pablo Sandoval's stance was updated.

IMO, Pablo's head looks too big. I thought he looked better in 09.

Any player I did not mention either has a generic delivery/stance or was not updated.

All in all, like many people have said, the game is a lot more crisp.

They removed that slider last year for some reason. I'm an auto baserunning guy myself and the first to third out bugged me at times last year. I don't think it was too bad but what was worse were guys diving back to their bag on wild pitches. Have you seen that? Will base runners be smarter this year in those situations?

Same here also but I had no issue with it because you have to blend it with Arm strength , Throw errors ( so not pin point all the time , plus it really showed great variety depending on the throwers stats )and I think the last slider was Baserunner speed .

i played it and the game blows 2k10 away. I mean o my, way to go developers, you did a great job. Beckham looks like Beckham, his stance is incredible. I almost robbed a Utley home run with Quentin, it was awesome.

The game is a 11 on a scale of 1-11 meaning that ITS OFF THE CHARTS. This could quite possibly be THE GREATEST BASEBALL GAME of all time. I have video of me playing at the best buy but its 300mb, does anyone know of a site that can handle that upload?

If there is anything that I noticed, when I hit a double with Rios, and they show the runner in the little caption, Rios doesn't have his number on the back of his jersey just a black shirt, but when he slid into third of course his jersey is in full detail. Just a bit a detail that was overlooked. Still game will make you take a couple of days off work, or miss a very important appointment.

This game is INCREDIBLE. I MEAN IT, INCREDIBLE.

I got a game in today at Best Buy (well, 4 innings until it froze on me).

It's such a slick looking and playing game.

I turned off all the junk like strike zone, pitch cursor, hot zones, pitching meter, fielding meter etc. Put the fielding camera to Broadcast, presentation to Real Time, and Pitching camera to Outfield...............WOW

Looks so darn good...and it plays smooth too

Yeah that is pretty much the only downside of the RTP presentation over the cut scenes, you lose a little bit of player interaction with one another. Pretty much the same thing that is happening in the other game's RTP.

However on pretty much any play other than a home run, it looks absolutely amazing!

I had some fun when I played it today. Didn't get a long session, just a couple games with the Rays, Cubs, and Brewers before I had to roll out.

I finished someone's game between the Phillies and Yankees. Game went into extras and then I blasted a 2 run walk off with Nick Swisher. Was funny cuz I was just trying to make contact. When he ran to home plate I like how he kinda coin flipped his hat and pimp walked into his teammates to get hounded.
