What game mode did the bug happen in? Front-End at the main menu screen
How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
After pressing the start button to access the main menu, the game freezes with the menu partially faded in. I cannot access the menu and cannot access the PS Menu. This issue started today, after the game has been fine the few times I had played it prior to today.
How often can the bug be reproduced? Every time I start the game.

Fielding on auto. The CPU check swings a pop fly towards first. My 1st Baseman goes into slow motion and walks away from the ball, allowing it to drop fair and be scored as a base hit.

Can you recreate it?
Don't know.. first time it's happened.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Not sure. Check swing pop ups are rare....

I'm using classic RTTS game watch. I have a bat right/throw left 1B/LF. As a backup 1B, I was inserted as a pinch hitter in the ~8th inning and got out. Fast forwarding to my next event, I was playing defense at 3rd base and was throwing right handed.

Can you recreate it?
I haven't been inserted to play 3B since.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Not sure as it's based on how the AI decides to handle subs in RTTS, I don't know how I could reproduce it.

Swinging third strike in the dirt, catcher picks it up and throws to first and baserunner is out at first with the first baseman pretending to touch the bag but about 3 feet off the bag

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Not sure, seen it twice in the past 4 games.

Any high fly ball or hits off of walls/people cause ball to launch much farther than should be. Almost all of the hits off of walls.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
All of the time.

season, exhibition, could be independent of mode

nothing triggers it. just go to view hotzones and the charts are so darkened it's pretty useless.

constantly. have not seen it display normally.

Email system has nothing in it for user teams under the My injuries tab. CPU teams get email alerts for injuries.

sim season freezes. can go to roster, etc but will not sim or play games. happens in middle of season.

try sim twice happened both times

I was simulating through season 1 of my Detroit Tigers franchise. I then get offered a trade from the Brewers, Ryan Braun and Corey Hart for Bobby Seay. . . wtf? During this same season, AJ Burnett was traded for a D potential prospect and Hanley Ramirez and Josh Johnson get traded to the Dodgers for 2 C potential prospects, among others.

Probably.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
Probably unrealistic trades every franchise.

I was playing an exhibition game between the Rockies and Cardinals. Holliday hit a routine flyball to Brad Hawpe's right. Hawpe initially broke right on the ball, but inexplicably turned and went left, causing the ball to roll to the wall in right-center. No error was scored, so I think it was a bug instead of a mis-play.

Just seen it the one time.

Franchise, Yankees playing the Phils in the second spring training game at the default location for that game

Every RBI I score the ticker under the score at the top of the screen says home run credited to the person who drove in the RBI but they're all doubles up the middle. As long as a run scores the ticker at the top of the screen says home run scored by whoever drove the run in.

I checked the Game Log and it says "Teixeira doubled to left. Jeter scores" Then "Posada doubled to left. Teixeira scores"

So the game ticker at the top of the screen is saying home run but the game log is reading the game correctly

UPDATE:
Finished the game and at the start of the Yankees batting in the 6th, 7th, 8th, and 9th innings there ticker at the top of the screen said Cano hit a HR at the first at bat of each player but Cano went 0-4 never getting on base for this game

I'm guessing as much as you want. I did it twice in the same inning, I'm still playing the game so I'll report if I can make it happen more

Yankees batting. Kendrick n bullpen. Bastardo pitching. Granderson flied out to Ibanez (F7) Durbin in bullpen. Hostrawer in bullpen. Jeter doubled to center. Kendrick in bullpen. Teixeira doubled to center. Jeter scores. Rodriguez grounded out to Polanco on a chopper (5-3). Posada doubled to left. Teixeira scores. Cano lined to Utley (L4). Ending the inning
Runs: 2 Hits: 3 Walks:0 Errors: 0 Runners left on: 1

The bug happens in probably any game mode. So far, I've only seen it in Exhibition and Season mode.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?
I play as the Mariners and in 3 straight home games at Safeco the opposing pitcher will flash on and off at least one at-bat per inning. One at-bat will be fine and the next at-bat the pitcher will be flashing on and off. It happens for the entire at-bat, not just for a pitch or two.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? I used Jason Bay in HR Derby and he is wearing an AL Uniform instead of an NL Uniform. The commentator states that he is representing the NY Mets. Yes I can recreate it.

Can you recreate it? - I was 3-2, batting, pitch was a ball (i did check swing, didnt go as confirmed by 1st base ump, this may have triggered it) i then should have walked, but no, count went to 4-2 and we played on, struck out next pitch. The screenshot was obviously taken on pause just before i struck out next pitch.

Ball 4 from me pitching (Verlander), Yanks batter walks to 1st base no issue, but for some reason i got hit with an error, for what i dont know.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Unsure as didnt try again.
