How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

I hit a ball in the gap with Pedro Feliz. It rolled right through the fence in the bullpen at Minute Maid. It allowed me to get an in the park homer. It wasn't even ruled a ground ruled double. It' like there was a hole at the bottom of the fence or something.

Also, at the end of the inning, when they show the replays, it showed a homerun from the first inning from the opposing team, not even that in the park homerun.

How often can the bug be reproduced?


It has only happened once, since that was my 3rd game to play, and have only hit it in that gap once. I have a video of it. I will post it when I get home tonight. Very bizarre bug.

I just kept running just to see how it would pan out on the game. In the stats it was ruled a HR. Next time I will just stop at second, lol.

Turned off all ball marker/region indicators and still get the big baseball indicator on the field.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

It's happening on every flyball.

Update: It seems that if you have them off and manual fielding, they dont show up. If autofield is on, they DO show up.

Noticing the exact same thing. This isn't working correctly at all- and it did last year.

Tulowitzki, in the 8th or 9th game of the season, got a base hit and the commentators announced that Tulo had just set the all time careers hits mark.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Haven't tried.

What Happened
The game keeps stuttering anytime it has to access the hard drive. It's very annoying, especially when I'm batting and I strikeout because the game stutters just as the pitch arrives. Sometimes a player will strikeout and stay in the same pose for around 3-5 seconds. I've tried switching from 720p to 1080p, the problem still prosiest... Switching hard drives doesn't help, I've tried three, including the original.

How often can it be reproduced?
Every mode I play, whenever the PS3 attempts to read the hard drive.

Ok, the game runs smoothly now. I had to get rid of my custom tracks, it makes no sense. I'll miss the custom soundtrack feature, but gameplay comes first.

RTTS
Goal: Drive in a run.
Man on 1st and 3rd, 2 outs.
Before the first pitch, the runner is picked off 1st.
Result: Goal failed -5.
Shouldn't this be a cancelled goal? I did not have a pitch thrown my way.

Exhibition Mode

All game modes where you can play a regular game at Dodger Stadium.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

Dodger Stadium has NO field degradation. The dirt around the batters box's never smears or gets messed up after slides, they stay perfect the entire game even if multiple runners slide home through out the game.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Happens every single game played at Dodger Stadium!

A batter hit a ball that bounced off the grass and hit in about the middle of the wall and bounced back in play but it was ruled a ground rule double.
How often can the bug be reproduced?Don't know? I need to hit a ball that does the same thing which isn't easy.

Going for a double play and the ball went past the first basemen through the dugout fence and bounced back through the gate and onto the field.
Needs clarification? Runners on first and second, The ball was hit to my pitcher, I in turn threw to the second basemen who stepped on second and threw to the first basemen. It skipped past the firstbasemen, through the gate protecting the dugout ( btw the runner on second is now at third and if it didn't go through the gate, he wouldn't of scored) but it went THROUGH the gate and bounced back off the dugout wall back through the protecting gate, onto the field and was counted as an error I believe but no error appeared and a pop-up came onto the screen and said "out of play". (btw the runner scored and shouldn't have because it should have hit the gate and bounced back into play, holding the runner to third).
How often can the bug be reproduced?

I've had a few occasions so far on homeruns where my player doesn't touch first base. Granted it's not really a game breaker or anything but just something I noticed. I only see it happen on homeruns where the runner starts off in full stride and doesn't go into the homerun trot till he gets close to first.

Batter drew a walk on 5 pitches and was scored as an error (E2)

How often can the bug be reproduced? Don't know, only saw it once but still, how does this happen?

I swung at a ball in the dirt and it got away from the catcher. Just to the right of him (looking from the backstop) about 4 foot away. He went sprinting over to the left dugout (again looking from the backstop) and kept trying to run through the wall. The pitcher ran home and stood on home plate (I think there there was a guy on 3rd).

My runner got to 1st safely and eventually the animation timed out. I was thankful for this because with him continuing to try and run through the dugout/wall I thought it might lock up.

Random exhibition game.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

The CPU's SS had a ground ball hit right to him and turned his back and ran along side the ball until it made into left field. It was an easy 6-3, but instead I got a knock out of it.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Not sure I only saw it once.

A ball hit the left field foul pole (midway up) in the Polo Grounds, then ricochet into left field. The LF then caught the ball while it was still in the air and threw it to second base. The batter ended up on first base so it counted as a single.

If a ball hits the foul pole it's a home run, correct?

Only happened once.

SS double clutches unnecessarily. Opponents runner is on 2nd and a hard ground ball is hit to my SS (in front of the runner). I try and make a quick throw to 3rd base to make the runner pay for a dumb mistake. Instead, my SS goes into this animation where his feet shuffle and he double clutches the throw causing the runner to easily be safe into 3rd.

How often can the bug be reproduced? I've experienced this twice on easy outs when baserunners are making careless mistakes.
