Why are there more than 2000 people at the Marlins games?

We cant even get 2000 if we make the postseason... Lol

I was also hoping Brandon Phillips did his "tap the bat on the catchers shinguard" thing. If he did i would have IMMEDIATELY played a STL vs CIN game. Yadier Molina FTW.

Id also take Chris Volstad and bean Nyjer Morgan in the head.

Pretty sure this was already brought up, but i love the "This Date in History" tidbit that comes up during a franchise game.

Playing as the Nats in extra innings, Werth comes up to bat, and Cambell says "his hair was short when this game started."

Also, I love the parity between arm strengths in the outfield. I hadn't noticed it until I moved Ankiel to center (since Nyjer is gone) and was surprised at how much impact his superior arm had in the game.

This has probably been said before but this cracked me up when I heard it. Matt starts talking about the new ticker and Dave said it's about time we get one of those.

Yup! I've only heard it twice though.

I was playing COL @ ARZ last night.

Im not sure what point it was, but all the sudden I heard a "Rattle Snack"
through my surround sound and I was like "WTF?!"

Then I realized it was in the game. I thought that was pretty cool!

Agreed. Really wish they introduced it to regular season games for all hits. I'd love to get a graphical overview of which side my guys are favouring against certain pitchers.

I could look at those HR Derby ribbons all day. I enjoy playing a derby with a number of differant hitters and admiring the differences between them. Some are exclusively left or right while others spray dingers all over the park. Fascinating stuff.

I have a few more things I want to point out.

                              - Overcast and light rain, beautiful.
                              - The re-done player models really enhance the animations, especially the batting stances and the pitching motions.
                              - Visual cues that show up to help you positions yourself in RTTS.
                              - A CPU batter managed to foul off a ball that bounced 10 feet in front of the plate. First time I saw something like that in the game.

The CPU bunts twice and fouls it off twice. After the second attempt, the CPU attempts to bunt the third time but at the last second it swings instead. The CPU struck out btw.
