Trust me. They are thorough on here. And I am sure they already know.

No response does not mean they are ignoring it, or did not notice. It is more than likely they are trying to replicate it, which can be complex, since I am not experiencing it, as well as others. But obviously there are people who are.

So once they have it narrowed down, and are able to replicate it, I am sure they will comment on it, and it will be taken care of.

Also, make sure you post it in the bugs and glitches thread, and be as descriptive is possible.

That's good to know. Hopefully they can figure it out if they are working on it.

the easiest way to replicate the stutter is to go into RTTS, create a catcher and start a game. Everytime you go to throw the ball back to the pitcher it freezes for the split second. Does get kind of annoying but is by no means a game killer.

Ok so when a pitcher comes in to warm up the catcher glitch/stutter doesn't happen.... Hmmmm wonder why.

I can tell you that pre-patch, I have no stuttering through 3 games. I Will try post patch tonight.

I get the stuttering no matter what. I'm also perplexed by how the manage mode is not letting me double switch...

My family's in town this weekend, but I'm going to try and get video of the issue tonight (if I install the patch). I've been hesitant to install it because I'm enjoying the "stutter free" gameplay.

This makes me think it is the stadium score board changing that is causing the huiccup. But it doesn't happen in the 1st inning either and thats normal gameplay.

Cod what model PS3 do you have? Is it an updated hard drive or the default one that came with the console? Do you have other games installed to your HDD?

Its a fat 40gb. The games I have installed aren't very large (gameshows): Press Your Luck, Jeopardy, Family Fued, and Price is Right. I don't have any other media saved on the system. I believe I have around 19 - 20 gigs free.

I've been thinking about upgrading the HDD to 500GB, but see no need for that right now since I have very little saved on the system.

Interesting, I too have a 40 gig PS3 without an updated HDD. I'll try to delete the install and all game saves and try again. I'm going to clear my heard drive and see if that works. I Have a lot of game saves and other games installed as well as a couple of PSN games. It makes me mad because I canstantly have to delete to make room but I haven't got around to buying a bigger HDD.

Could it be possible to start a poll for this issue guys? I have a new 160gb slim and also experience the hiccup after the first inning or so. A community poll would give SCEA an indication of what percentage of players are experiencing this problem. Some people, I get the feeling, are not speaking up because they are simply not annoyed by this, but it is an issue non the less.
