Rhutch, instead of posting about your RttS career, more of us will be interested to know how you managed to add a 25th hour to your day.
Thanks!
But seriously, that's a lot of gaming. Good stuff.

I've never bought points, but if its worth it to you it's worth it! Pitching is way easier than hitting in RTTS, ill give you that, I've failed in epic fashion every time I've tried a position playerComment

Re: MLB 12 The Show: Road to the Show Thread
No problem! Fun to share, and it honestly hasn't been time consuming at all, I play ps3 5-6 hours a week TOPS. And I split that with MLB, and my GT5 racing simulator. Sure the first few weeks I was going really hard, but after a while it was just an off and on thing. Here we are 10 months later with 410 wins and counting! HahaComment

Re: MLB 12 The Show: Road to the Show Thread
Just got a PS3 yesterday with the show 12. About a week's worth of games so far. Hitting about .200 as a center fielder in the Phillies organization with a homer, a couple of RBI and two or three steals. The game looks awesome, even on my tiny standard definition tv.Comment

It's a great game, position players are much more difficult than pitchers too, just keep working on it.Comment

Re: MLB 12 The Show: Road to the Show Thread
This is the complete truth, I notched my 400th win as a starting pitcher today. The year is 2032, and I am just over 19 years of service time. I debuted midway through the 2013 season with the twins, played there six years, was traded to the Yankees, played there 1 year, then went to Colorado, and won 7 consecutive world titles, then when that streak ended, I opted out and went to Anaheim, where I won a title, and then played for two more years after that, before going back to Minnesota to retire a Twin, where it all started. I picked up win number 400 today, and were a shoe in to make the postseason. This will be my last season, and I will retire at age 40. I'm gonna give it everything I have to bring Minnesota a title before I ride off into the sunset. I am an 18 time all star, 16 time cy young winner, and 17 time triple crown winner. My career record is 400-74, and my era is 2.67. Thoughts?Comment

CF, Adam Copeland (Diehard wrestling fans will know that name), 18 years old, still in my first season with this character. Was drafted to the Miami Marlins, promoted to the AAA's Zephyrs only a few months in, surprisingly never traded since im always traded once or twice, and we're coming up on the minor league all-star game (Or Futures Game? Not sure what its called).
11 HR's, two of which are Grand Slams, somewhere from 20 - 30 RBI's, hitting 440. I keep hitting my goals and my overall bar thing is over 50%, so I would imagine i'll be getting promoted to the majors soon. I really want to hit free agency for the first time but I've never been patient enough to wait out the 6 seasons.Comment
