I wish there a was a four-A, or just a way to play everyday. Apparently for the Yankees, as a B overall I'm too good to be playing everyday at AAA, but I'm not worthy of playing even once in a while on the big league club. I hate being stuck in this limbo.

Thing is, hitting isn't my problem. The problem for me is getting anything to drop in or just not get caught by an outfielder jogging back and making a Willie Mays catch. I'm fine with the contact I make and my discipline.

My SP for the astros finally got brought up in his first season to AAA. I finished out the season in AAA and resigned on a one year contract with the astros. Simmed through spring training and I made the MLB roster as a Reliever. Even though I'm the number one SP in the Astros whole team. I got to say though the Astros stadium is very nice looking in the game. Best one I've played in so far.

Unfortunately it took a Domonic Brown injury for me to finally get into the lineup everyday despite passing all of my advancement goal periods (yes, the Yankees went ahead and acquired him to block me from playing everyday), but I'm now the DH.

My player is just full of fail. At the very least I won't have to worry about taking days off.

Well I'm now the Ace of the Astros. I haven't played very well at all starting in the MLB. I got an era around a 4.4 i think. First game starting I was playing the Royals and I guess they acquired Chase Utley somehow and first pitch of my starting career in the MLB dude hits it into left field at the astros park.

In my 3rd full season now. I'm a 1st baseman for the Tampa Bay Rays. My first year I was drafted by the Brewers and started slow in Double-A batting just .230, but was traded to the Rays and got hot in their AA team. I spent the rest of my season in AA and earned an invite to spring training. I simmed spring training but was added to the major league roster as a backup. After a couple rounds of getting 3/4 on the training assignments they made me a starter (didn't really have much competition at 1st) and I haven't given up the position since.

Have about a month left with my 3rd season (2nd in MLB) and am batting .328, have 55 home runs, and 126 RBI's.. I think I'll bump up the difficulty now lol.

Of the two, I think plate vision is more important. It increases your PCI and also somewhat amplifies your contact and power ratings. Discipline helps with getting more borderline pitches being called balls for you as well as making it easier to check your swing.

I want to know is K/9 BB/9 H/9 and all those other /9 ratings really matter when you pitch every game? If so which ones should i upgrade the most?

Over the course of several games it does matter, but for each game, I think each affect certain aspect of the pitcher vs. batter battle. I think K/9 is likely to negate Contact and Plate Vision and gets more undisciplined hitters to swing and miss against you, HR/9 can limit a player's Power Rating, BB/9 plays more towards your pitcher's command consistency and helps get you more calls at the plate for strikes, and H/9 limits the amount of contact made against your pitcher.

I always noticed against certain pitchers my RTTS player's PCI will either decrease or increase in accordance to these ratings.

Ha for all you blue jays fans I want you guys to hear this. I made a SP RTTS with the opening day osfm rosters and got drafted by the Indians. I made it to AAA in may and he's been tearing it up.

I asked for a trade on the deadline. So I played my game and sim the day. The blue jays trade: daniel Norris (A potential SP), Anthony gose (A CF) and Colby rasmus for....

                        Grady sizemore.

Edit: wow got another crazy trade in 2013. The blue jays traded kyle drabek, Brett Cecil, and Steve varela for Rafael Perez. 3 B's for a 30 yr old C

My SP was pitching a shutout against the St Cardinals in the 7th inning and the manager decides to do a double switch and take me out. Why would he do that? I was only 77 pitches in.

                            What in the world..

I was just the AL triple crown winner..MVP..Hank Aaron award..

I'm (skill-wise) the best 1st baseman (and probably player) in the league at 21 yrs old.. And for the second year in a row the only contract offer I got was..

488,000 from the Rays for 1 year.

What the heck is going on? Is it a glitch like I'm always going to get this single offer or just a coincidence?

That's really strange, I got the same offer from Detroit before I even played a game in the major leagues.

It's because you're not arbitration-eligible and you've yet to acquire 4 or so years, so the team can renew your contract for as little as they want one the one-year contract basis unless they offer you a multi-year dear, are arbitration-eligible, or are free agent eligible.
