The worst thing in RTTS is when you don't get run support as a pitcher. It's absolutely heartbreaking when you pitch a gem and your team just can't back you up.

I have 3 RTTS's that i alternate playing, my main one is a SP. he's 37 and entering the final year of a 10 year, 220 million contract with the cardinals. he got his 300th win last season and he might get to 4,000 strikeouts this year (currently at 3,777 he averages 215+ K's a season). kinda excited to see what happens after this season as far as free agency goes. he went 26-0 last season lol

I'm getting sick of this Rays team haha. The offense is fine, but the pitching is absolutely terrible. My team is ranked last in ERA with 4.44, Runs Allowed(621), Earned Runs(529), Errors(91). My team is in the top 5 of most offensive categories, but it seems like in every game we lose by 5 runs or more because the pitching is giving up 8 or more runs! It's also frustrating that we're 25.5 games back in the division. Only 33 more games left in the season!

On a positive note: I'm currently in 3rd place for the rookie of the year award.

I had taken a no no into the 4th inning (I know it's not that far) and I got the first 2 outs in the 4th.. Then on 2-2 I place a fastball in a perfect spot that had just been called a strike.. But nope the ump decides it's not.. Next thing I know 3 runs have scored.. I wish the umps were more consistent

With all those extra training points now, gonna make a 2nd RTTS guy, but don't know what position I should have him at.

My 1st RTTS guy is a SP. So my 2nd guy will be a fielder. What position do people think would be most fun to play at(and might be best chance of making the MLB team regardless which team I'm on)

Not gonna play catcher for sure, but if I end up skipping all the fielding my guy does(so that I can play a game in like 5 or so minutes,so I can get done a single season in about 12 hours), it might not matter what position I play?

So I'm getting more balls in the Majors, but I need to get better at taking them, lol. I am doing well though.

They haven't allowed me to switch to SS since getting called up to the Yankees. I'm starting at 2B and they moved Cano over to DH. I'm curious how he'd react in real life to being relegated to DH for some upstart rookie getting the starting 2B job .

I think that's part of the realism of this game. I'll bet starting pitchers hate it when that happens.

**** **** *******. I took a perfect game into the 4th inning. With 2 out in the 4th, I get the batter to hit a fly by to right field - which is dropped. The next batter hits a ground ball to third - which goes between his legs. The next batter hits a ground ball to second - which kicks off his glove. The next batter works the count full. I throw a 99 MPH fastball right at the thighs - called ball four. The strike zone diagram on the left showed that the pitch was COMPLETELY within the strike zone. The next batter hit a double in the gap, which naturally cleared the bases.

Now I need a new controller - mine broke after it hit the wall.

I've never had the PS3 lock up in RTTS before (I've had the GAME itself lock up in franchise mode, still can't figure that out, but at least I can restart the PS3)...

Game has locked up on me three different times now. It is the PS3, not the game and it is only RTTS. What is weird is that my linescore does not show where I reached base after the game. It locks up when I exit the game and when it shows me what I did that game, it doesn't show how far I reached base on each at-bat.

That's where it locks up though. The loading screen back to the main menu. Anyone else have problems with this?
