Vision,Disc,and clutch. Though some debate the last one. Also depends if u wanna be a power hitter sooner or contact.

As for defense I would go with reaction as ur main, with playing 2nd and OF that will be a skill set that would help at ur main and secondary position. Depending on how ur speed is when playin outfield

Well my speed basically sucks. I also don't know which would be more beneficial to be a power hitter or a contact hitter. I want to be the one that gives me the best chance of making a major league squad and sticking there.

Well if ur speed basically sucks u may wanna go more on the power side. I would still invest on vision,disc, and clutch and then power. As for the best chance of making the majors there's 3 big factors to make it to the show.

1. You stats - so I suggest picking on being either contact or power and sticking with it

2. Your Team - if u play with a team at the major league level that already has a good 2nd baseman you will be waiting longer.

3. Your defense - gotta beable to play decently.

In my legend mode season it has taken me longer, other RTTS I was in the majors by my second season but I didnt like the unreal stats and being in the majors so early. But each person plays the way they like. Hope this helps

I agree. I went with power with my first basemen and now have it in the high 70's/low 80's. My contact, on the other hand, is only in the low to mid-40's. Even so, I am rated as the second best first basemen in the Dodger's organization. My guy is probably gonna be an Adam Dunn-type all or nothing dude...

SS drafted by Colorado. Traded to Chicago White Sox maybe a month into my first year at AA. Played the rest of the season in Birmingham (CWS AA). Next year played AAA Charlotte, late season call up to the Bigs. 3rd season now I'm starting SS for the White Sox.
The team sucks. I just realized this and it's so hilarious, they actually have Adam Dunn playing CENTERFIELD!! I don't know how something so egregious happens.. Lol.. Guess I might try to change positions and play center
