Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
well Adam Jones just signed a long-term deal with Baltimore so idk if u care about that aspect or not but if not, he'd cost u at 2 A's and a B.......and while ur on Baltimore, how are Johnson, Lindstrom and Gregg doing? since they might be options for your bullpenComment

Edit: I don't really know anything about Beato, so definitely listen to Totte!Comment

That's how I broke it down as well. I like the idea of the Jays getting some bullpen depth in return (Beato) but I just feel like Beato would be sent directly AAA. Parnell on the other hand would stick in the majors and it's that kind of arm Anthopoulos (sp?) would look to acquireFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

So you're looking for a starting catcher with some pop that's younger and could play for your team the next years? Not just a stopgap like Olivo, Barajas or Hernandez?
Nick Hundley of the Padres comes to mind. Not a real power threat but moving out of Petco might help his numbers a bitFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.
