Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Haha, nope just desperate to find a fair way to keep up with the Tigers. My minors would be horrid after the deal though. Plus Hernandez is young and a top 5 pitcher in the mlb.Comment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Well I played a 162 game season before scotts rosters and when I got into the offseason I had plenty of cash left, enough to make some bigger signings so I believe I can afford it.Comment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Lol, like AC said...I am in desperate need of power in my lineup. I'm the Astros in 2013 and my team leader has 9 HRs in the middle of June, I feel like the freakin' Mariners.
Any ideas NFG or AC? I am watching a former Tiger dominate them right now so I can't look at who's contending and in things as of right now. But preliminarily who do you guys think could be an option.
PS: I know the Marlins are in things, plus they won 102 games last year, so popular suggestion LoMo is not an option.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Without knowing who's in and out of it for 35....
Ortiz, Dunn, Holliday, Soriano, Howard, LaRoche, Kubel, Hanley, Scott, Pena, Ross, Plouffe, Morneau, Beltre?"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Well I did say I was in the middle of June lol. Specifically its June 14th. Teams that are out of it, I'll post that right now.
Minnesota, Seattle, Atlanta, Mets, Rockies, Giants, Padres, Cubs, White Sox are all 8+ games back right now. With the Phillies and Royals 7.5 back.
How's Arizona doing? Kubel could be good. I'd trade for at least two of everyone I've listed..."Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Arizona is in 1st place. Also I doubt Konerko would be moved.
Dunn is risky for an NL team with his suspect defense wherever I stick him lol. I like Willingham or Morneau. CarGo is too expensive for my taste haha, I don't wanna mortgage the farm for a shot at a wild card.
Soriano and Howard's contracts scare me. A lot.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

I'd get one of Willingham/Cargo, and one of Dunn/Morneau/Soriano. One cheap, one pricey.
I'd go for Cargo or Willingham and Dunn myself. I'd say two C's for Dunn, two B's for Will, and three B's for Cargo, no?"Twelve at-bats is a pretty decent sample size." - Eric ByrnesComment
