Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
We'll be on topic, but a specific comment will lead you to have a thought that you feel is mildly relevant, so you post it and that leads to another guy having a similar experience with his thoughts, and soon enough...we have a conversation about the Cowboys or LSU in the Astros thread. We come back eventually, we always come back.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Ehhh I slightly disagree lol. I figure that since we're on a forum, conversation flows naturally in different directions as a real conversation does.

Arright I took a test drive with ubaldo and I thought he sucked. In my franchise, the teams that are out of it are BAL, MIN, TB, CLE, SEA ,OAK, HOU, LAD, STL, WAS, PHI, MIA, ATL, & CHC.
Any thoughts on an ACE I might get for say an A or two & 2 Bs?

But I'm sure the others have their views too, which have probably already been posted before I post this lol.Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Garza, E-Jack, Shields, Josh Johnson, and McCarthy are the only guys I could see you classifying as an "ace" while at the same time not having to break the bank to get them (clearly David Price, Kershaw, Wainwright, Hanson, Felix, Strasburg, Gio, and all the Philly guys are aces, but would require a pretty good haul to be moved...or they wouldn't ever be moved in the first place.)

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Technically by definition, McCarthy is an ace lol...plus him and E-Jack always pitch incredibly well in The Show. E-Jack has straight filthy stuff and is one of my favorite guys to use in the game (I signed him in my test franchise that I didn't really care about and he was ridiculously good.)Check out my Houston Astros Dynasties:

Carpenter is hurt. Shields is 5-7 with a 5.91 ERA. Johnson is 9-4 with a 2.21 ERA. Garza is 4-3 with a 3.38 ERA.
Edwin Jackson is like +2 in everything but has a 1-11 record and 6.88 ERA LMAO.
Also considering Hudson for a rental - 9-3, 2.15 or John Danks who's 9-5, 3.86.
