Just asking, why is that? Wouldn't he be great for a team needing veteran leadership and a backup shortstop?

Because he had a -2.2 WAR/600, is terrible, and is just a waste of a roster spot?

Also, calling out your team like you own the damn thing it's veteran presence, it's being a moron. I hate Farrell but he owned Vizquel in the media after that.

That's true, I never thought about him calling out the team like that. Is there any team that would take him in a bigger deal?

          Maybe an AAA team.

Everyone thinks TEX wants/needs an OF but they've made it clear that unless they get Upton or resign Hamilton, Kinsler is going out there.

What could the Jays get for Omar Vizquel? Specific names would be appreciated if you can find any. I'm looking to improve on pitching depth, mostly young relievers or starters.

what can i get for Roy Halladay?

                    He is 3-7 3.12 ERA in 2013

Im in need of a 3B and a LF,CF. Somewhat major league ready. Atleast must compete for a spot in 2014

What teams are contending and could use Halladay?

Contending teams are Reds, Brewers, Cards, Giants, Dodgers, Yanks, Jays, White sox, Royals, Indians, Rangers and Angels.

Rangers have Greinke and Sanchez from last years FA pool. So they dont need Halladay. Sox have a nice 5 man rotation so they dont need him either. Same for the Yanks, Reds and Dodgers.

Send him to the Jays for Justin Nicolino, Adeiny Hechavarria, and Jake Marisnick (if you're not using updated rosters). If you're using more recent rosters, you could probably get Gose/Syndergaard/Smith Jr.

So it comes down to the following teams?

Brewers - do they have the budget space? I'd say one of their A-rated prospect arms, Taylor Green and that OF'er Victor Roache they drafted in the first round this year (if you have 2012 draft prospects in your rosters)
Cardinals - Matt Carpenter, Shelby Miller and Lance Lynn. They won't include Oscar Taveras
Giants - not likely given their pitching depth to begin with. More likely to target a bat
Jays - See what AC replied - solid package
White Sox - Don't have the prospects to pull this off
Royals - Mike Moustakas, Danny Duffy and Bubba Starling (although I guess KC would say no to this).
Indians - Lonnie Chisenhall, Cord Phelps, Alex White and Michael Brantley
