Teams such as...? The information we have came from like 15 pages of contributions. Simply saying "I'm still freezing!!!!!!" doesn't really bring about more accurate or complete information on the issue.

I highly doubt it has anything to do with specific teams that cause to freeze the game. I'm playing a 30-team season and I have no indication yet to say it's caused by certain teams. The box score issue happens randomly. I've seen box scores that even don't show one team's score by innings and when you click on that particular box score it freezes. But it also freezes when clicking on a box score that shows the correct number of runs.

I will later try to find out if and which teams are the ones that will freeze the game except the ones that were already mentioned. But if one game, let's say the Rays vs. the Twins will not freeze at the first try but freezes at the second, it simply can't have anything to do with specific teams causing this issue.

It's most likely going to freeze every time you re-visit those old box scores.

Actually these are not old scores. It's current games in August (8/8) with my Braves franchise.

I've simulated a few days past the date listed above - and it continues to freeze when checking games. It's quite frustrating to say the least.

I've pretty much accepted I'll either have to, or it will be best to start over.....So I've just been testing cloud saves and compatibility with the Vita, since it was "advised" you probably shouldn't do this and could cause problems.

With a new Franchise I have had no luck with cross-saves. It causes the glitch and freezes. Since this option is huge to me, I now have no option but to wait and can't play the game.
I want to throw something through the TV every time I see a Show ad......
"Game-Changing" has now officially become "Game-Breaking".
They should just have the ad freeze with the tag line - You can't play anywhere.

Yeah, it's a little frustrating that there's been no information at all regarding the Vita. Cross-platform saves was the No. 1 selling point for me buying a Vita and now, I can't use that function, so yeah, I'm upset.

Sure, I could play a Franchise on just the Vita, but that's not the point of having the system. The point is to play a Franchise on BOTH SYSTEMS.

All we're asking for is a comment regarding the Vita and what the future will hold.

I think if I were in your position, I would assume it's their priority to fix the PS3 version, then implement the bug-less patch towards the Vita.

It doesn't make sense to patch the Vita right now when the PS3 version is having problems. They are complimentary.

You are an early adopter. This is what comes with the territory.

I understand that, Pared, and have pretty much concluded as much. It's just the silence leads to people speculating and freaking out and jumping to conclusions.

If that is indeed the plan, cool. Just give us a heads-up so we know that the Vita will be functional with Cross-Platform saves somewhere down the line.

I know I'm an early adpoter and I knew there would be issues with either the game or system since both are new, but hey, when you see that Vita commercial with The Show over and over again on MLB Network, it's hard not to get a little frustrated, ya know?

It's just the norm. This is the case with almost any software company. I guess I'm just used to it.

I just went ahead and started a new franchise after reading about people having freezes later in their franchises. Not worth getting far along to have things start locking up on you.

Granted...I wasn't far into my other one...but why chance it?

Hi everyone. New to the forum but a vet on the show.

Just posting in to say that I have my using my prepatch franchise with OSFM opening day rosters since the patch with cross-platform saves and it works fine. I haven't had a problem and was on april 12th when the patch came out.

Well, I'm really not sure if this is the right spot for this, but this topic is the closest I could find to it..

I'm having freezing issues online, and it appears to be the same spot every time. It's always as soon as the ball is hit (foul ball, hit, out, whatever), and it's either the top half or bottom half of the 1st inning. So it's either the very first batter of the game, or the after the top half completes, it's the first batter of the bottom half.

I've tried EVERYTHING to try and fix this. I've tried intentionally walking the first batter, I've tried resetting my modem, I've tried making sure both me and my opponent were using the catcher camera view, tried re-installing everything. I just know that I am freezing way more often than I'm even getting games to complete, and I never had this issue before the patch. I seem to be able to get games in with certain people, but others I freeze at that exact spot.

Yeah I posted our online issue at the start of this thread 2x.... Not sure if it was noticed or not but hopefullly now it will being that I am not the only one to mention it. But looking at the title of the thread I don't know?

I mentioned this in another thread, but I've had 5 freezes in a row now. Three in the top of the 1st, one in the bottom of the 1st, and one in the bottom of the 6th (all league games).

I don't know if it's necessarily related to hitting the ball though, since 3 of my 5 freezes were during a pitching or fielding attempt.

Ok so let me get this straight. I am not far into my franchise. I guess I should delete my save files, dl patch, then start over and I won't have freezing issues. Or would it be better to just not dl the patch?
