      Well, as long as we're all checking in . . .

      I'm here for the Yankees. In my Pirates/Mariners franchise we're in September, so I don't have anything to instigate right now. May try to trade one or two guys over the off-season, but I'm sure I'll be back once I get to June or so in 2013.

          Royals rep is here. Might as well stay around since I have nothing better to do.

          I've heard that sound 3 times... once was Babe Ruth, the second was Josh Gibson, and the third was Bo Jackson- Buck O'Neil

            The first offer of the Scott's rosters era;

            TO: The GM Of The Miami Marlins
            FROM: The GM Of The Toronto Blue Jays
            SUBJECT: Josh Johnson

            Hello there;

            We are very interested in your pitcher, Josh Johnson. His injuries worry us, though. Here is our first formal offer:

            Anthony Gose: A potential
            Adonys Cardona: B potential

            FOR

            Josh Johnson

            We feel that this is an appropriate value for Johnson. We are in no rush to make a deal, as we haven't started our season yet, because technology hates me and I haven't been able to start a dynasty page because of it.

            Thank you for your time, in advance.

                Since we are in rebuilding mode trading Johnson is a definate option, as you may know, john buck just is not cutting it at catcher, we do not see him as a long term sollution so if you would be willing to do Gose and D'Arnaud we have a deal no need for further talks, but if you dont want to give up those two for one please let me know because we can definately add more players to trade.

                Thanks in advance

                  I am not willing to part with Travis d'Arnaud at this time. I can add another B prospect, if necessary.

                  Does anyone really care where I sent this from?

                      We are not willing to give up two A's for an oft injured pitcher at this time.
                      Edit: Those prospects are A's (Nicolino the highest B possible) in my roster. We could give Dwight Smith Jr.

                        Gose and Arencibia should be a good offer.

                                We certainly aren't going to give up either for a bag of peanuts. We just extended Gordon for 5 years and Butler is under contract for the next 3.

                                For Butler, we would be looking for a proven number 2 starter who can post 220 + innings and a starting pitching prospect that will be a number 3 at worst.

                                For Gordon, we would be looking for impact prospects or possibly an ace caliber pitcher.

                                If the deal is right, we may be inclined to add additional prospects from our system to a deal however don't expect them to come from our list of untouchables.

                                We are open to moving both but it would have to be a good price.
