I've always liked Robert Andino in that role. He's in Seattle now.

Depends on your definition of 'good.' You could probably get Harrell for Duda, maybe Travis Wood/Joe Saunders/Jerome Williams for John Buck, maybe Jason Marquis or Clayton Richard for Marlon Byrd.
The Cubs wouldn't trade Travis Wood for John Buck. For one thing, they don't need a C, and especially not Buck. They have Castillo.

Buck >>>> Castillo. Castillo needs to learn how to raise his BB rate above 1% and drop that K rate below 25%

I asked this a while ago and was told it was fair by an M's fan but since baseball is a constantly changing sport, I figured it'd be smart to ask this once again.

Would a performing Colby Rasmus garner Nick Franklin + James Paxton from the M's? They're both midish B's.

Franklin + Paxton is too much for Rasmus in my opinion.

I would cry if they did that. It wouldn't be out of the question though if it took less to get him.

I agree two B's are to much for Rasmus. I would say a B and a C would be fair.
