Machado will most likely be moved back to shortstop within a couple of years so I think it would be more realistic if you targeted a third basemen. Just my two cents.

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Don't get me wrong, Andrus is a good target. Just thought I'd offer a different point of view in moving Machado back to SS and going after someone like Headley to play 3B. Would probably have to be separate deals as Texas moving Andrus would open up playing time for Profar and not getting Hardy back. Would a contending team (maybe the Mets?) like someone like Hardy in a deal? Would net you some prospects to help you swing that Andrus deal? The Pirates could be a fit for Hardy in exchange for something like Jose Tabata, Jordy Mercer and a low level prospect arm. Would net you some depth in order to be able to swing a deal for Andrus
I also need a SP and I like lewis or Lindblom if I could get one of them in the trade alsoComment

I'm not as deep into the O's prospects like I should so someone please correct me if this offer is out of tune but Schoop, Delmonico, Britton and Arrieta/Tillman for Andrus and Lewis/LindblomFormer modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.

Not sure how long that is going to hold though. Our 4-5 starters have been very very bad. Our #3 starter hasn't been that great either.Denver Broncos

Baseball Tonight podcast 7/12. Interesting to hear Buster Olney discuss Asdrubal Cabrera as a potential fit for the Cardinals in exchange for some of that young pitching in the upper minors. At the same time, we're like, "Yeah so what else is new? We've already covered that here at the boards several times over the last couple of months. Been there, done that! Wanna know what works value wise? Check out our spreadsheet Buster"Former modder of "Ultimate Rosters" for MVP Baseball 2005.
