OK, so this must be in your backup Jays chise? Cause I'm pretty sure EE was mashing it pretty well in your chise you played through the whole year.

I gather this is a sell move since you said your Jays are struggling...so you're looking for prospects only, then?

I think a fit with Texas could be found (Like Olt + 2 other guys out of the group: Alfaro, Buckel, Perez, Martin, Sardinas, Odor) with you moving Lawrie to 2B...if you still have Lawrie that is). You might be able to score Neftali Feliz or Alexi Ogando, as in Feliz + Olt, or Ogando + Olt for EE straight up.

One other package I like for you would be sending EE to the Giants for something like Kyle Crick, Joe Panik, and Heath Hembree. Depending on stats, you might be able to sneak Gary Brown in there and tack on a mid-level vet (bullpen guy) on your side.

So, EE + rando MLB pen arm (Delabar, Cecil, Loup come to mind) for Crick + Panik + Hembree + Brown might fly.

I second Ackley, if you can get SEA to part with him. He's a very good player and plays all over the field (at least now that he's in the OF part-time).

Reading fangraphs has inspired my curiosity.

Hypothetically, if the Giants were sucking, as was Matt Cain (like IRL), anyone think they'd move him?

Lol, I was just thinking about him today! I can see them moving him with Timmeh (if he stays), and the more better MadBum. He would still be worth the same as listed in the sheet.

Realism isn't really good though, as he just signed a 5 year extention last year. The main way I seeing this working is if Tim Lincecum gets an extention, and MadBum is looking good. What are Cain's, MadBum's, and Timmeh's stats?

It was a hypothetical, just basing things off real life, because I figure if he gets traded, it'll be in a situation relating to real life.

Oh, I don't see him getting traded this early in his contract though.

Potential? He is already a legit MLB ace, and possible Cy Young candidate when good.

                        No 30-team control I assume?

4 days sounds like a long time though. Propose the same trade again? Don't know if solves anything doing that?

                            What's your stance on realism?

If you want to be realistic, banish Braun to A or injure him for 2013. It would be more realistic to then deal him in the offseason.

In either case, you could definitely get Profar and then some...check the spreadsheet to get an idea of what other pieces you'd like to get. You could probably get another 2 B prospects after Profar imo

Thanks! I am going to send him to Single A & trade him during the offseason. Also, I was wondering what to do with Ramirez, Weeks, Gallardo, & Loshe. Would like to trade them too but don't who would want them. I am going to send Hart to single A since he is injured. Thanks again.

It wouldn't be until June before a market developed for those guys.

If you really wanted to, you could probably deal Gallardo to the Angels, Rangers, or Orioles before the season. I think he's worth 2-3 B prospects.

The other guys' values are highly dependent on how they're doing, so you'd need to build up stats first, if you wanted to do realistic trades.
