That's my bad on that. Should have clarified.
I think maybe a guy like Kyle Parker or Corey Dickerson would be a better piece for the Mets. Considering Parnell is only 28, I think you would really have to overpay for him and Tim Wheeler isn't exactly someone they would sell their closer for. Wheeler is starting to look like someone who could be a 4th OF/Charlie Blackmon type player.

I was just thinking about that actually. Parker would definitely be a guy that the Mets would want to add into their system. He would give them a quality corner guy with power. Dickerson is a great hitter, and he might also fetch a nice piece in return.

      I'm leaning towards Dickerson.

Pretty small sample size and given what the Tribe gave up to get him, I'm sure they'll try and let him ride it out just like they've done with Ubaldo. His value remains the same IMO

Would there be any I could trade for him as the Twins and then how would I realisticly convert him back to being a starter because I've always loved his stuff.
Having a hard time seeing Boston part with Miller if he's putting up those numbers from the pen. Lefties like that are hard to get but I understand your interest in making him a starter again (interesting idea, might steal that one myself).

To answer your question, a major league lefty like Duensing would have to come back in the deal together with a prospect. Thinking a mid C starter

Not to mention Boston being in contention. I don't see any realism there.

Would Dahl + Nicasio + Murphy be enough for just Gallardo + Weeks?

After looking around the league, I noticed there are other teams in more desperate need of a 3B right now.

I'm starting to compile some trade deadline deals for the rest of the league, so I may need some guidance in the near future.

Recently traded for Hosmer in the second year of my Pads franchise... Dude is a beast. Traded Alonso and Street for him. Street, since the trade, has been unhittable for the Royals which was the complete opposite for me... Alonso is on fire too... Trade really worked out well for both teams...

Not the most realistic, but seems fair enough.

I realize that but needed to change things up to keep my franchise exciting and want to keep playing...

Re: 2013 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread

Basically pulled a Marlins circa 2012. Signed Morse, traded for Rios, signed Doumit and signed Lowrie.

My team flopped pretty hard, and I went into full sell mode. Traded Lowrie for a fringe Top 50 guy, who was a relief pitcher with a big arm. I planned on keeping Rios in hopes of making a run the next year, but the White Sox offered me another Top 50 guy (CF).

So I got to re-stock my farm system and save a butt load of money for Free Agency. Unfortunately, that turned out to be kind of a bust. Justin Upton was the biggest FA on the market, and I offered him 4/85, but he ended up getting a 6/115 from the Yankees. There was no way I was going to compete with that, so I just threw in the towel.

Signed McCann on a team friendly 2/15 deal with a player/club option on a third year. So my lineup, as it stands:

                          Revere (87)
                          Zobrist (86)
                          Brown (91)
                          Franco (82)
                          Joyce/Piscotty (83/79)
                          McCann (90)
                          Morse (84)
                          Quinn (77)

                          Hamels (96)
                          Harrison (90)
                          Wacha (90)
                          Biddle (85)
                          Meyer (83)

Don't really have a big hitter, but I have nice depth with Carpenter on the bench -- though, he starts pretty much every game at a different position. My pitching is solid and young, but I've struggled to put together a shut-down bullpen. I'm projected to finish third in the division in the 2015 season.

What's Dbacks Patrick Corbin value? Don't see him on the spreadsheet.

Also looking to trade Adam Lind and Bonifacio here are their stats... Lind- .281 AVG, 14 HR, 39 RBIS. Bonifacio- .233 AVG, 1 HR, 8 RBI, 24 SB. Want a another second baseman and first baseman. (If possible)

Corbin is on there, High B, Mid B, Low B.

I can't really speak on Lind but as far as Boni he was just traded for cash so that should give you some type of indication of his value.

Corbin is a high B, mid B, low B and as untouchable as you can get. Franchise cornerstone in the desert along with Goldy.

Any AL contenders that could use Lind at 1B/DH?
